Consiglio a tutte le mamme di prenotare per tempo la festa dei propri bimbi perché un posto così non si trova facilmente!
Ringrazio lo staff per la cordialità, attenzione ai dettagli, pulizia in tutti gli spazi, gentilezza e tanta pazienza.

I advise all mothers to book their children's party in time because you can't find a place like this easily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispettosi delle normative anticovid ma per quanto riguarda il rinfresco veramente scarso: 2 focaccine a testa, una ciotola di patatine e una di quelle al mais...triste se si pensa a più di 50 persone tra bambini ed adulti...

Premesso che immagino tutti i bambini presenti si siano divertiti, non riesco a capire perché i cartelli presenti menzionino anche gli adulti per la consumazione di cibi e bevande.
Bastava all'ingresso avvisare tutti i nuclei famigliari e questa mia recensione non sarebbe esistita, anche perché non è mia abitudine farne.
Come dite i genitori hanno fatto uno sforzo economico e mi dispiace, non valeva il servizio offerto.
Questa mia recensione racchiude il pensiero di molti genitori presenti.
Concludo scusandomi ma nella fretta ho scritto "più di" al posto di "circa" 50 persone e puntualizzo che io ho mangiato un quadratino di focaccia e le ultime patatine...prima che finisse tutto. Solo le poche bibite sono avanzate e poca acqua.
Avrei preferito parlarvi a fine festa ma dovevo accompagnare a casa una compagna di mia figlia.

Respectful of the anticovid regulations but as regards the really scarce refreshments: 2 scones each, a bowl of chips and one of those with corn ... sad if you think of more than 50 people between children and adults ...

Given that I imagine all the children present had fun, I cannot understand why the signs present also mention adults for the consumption of food and drinks.
It was enough to notify all the families at the entrance and this review of mine would not have existed, also because it is not my habit to do it.
As you say the parents made an economic effort and I'm sorry, it was not worth the service offered.
This review of mine contains the thoughts of many parents present.
I conclude by apologizing but in my haste I wrote "more than" instead of "about" 50 people and I point out that I ate a square of focaccia and the last few chips ... before it was all over. Only the few drinks are left over and little water.
I would have preferred to talk to you at the end of the party but I had to take my daughter's partner home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto una festa dell compleanno di mia figlia di 7 anni al "arcobaleno delle favole". È stata la festa più bella che abbiamo mai fatto! Organizzazione è fantastica! Non ho dovuto a pensare a niente. Comunicazione è stata ottima. Appena mandavo il messaggio, mi rispondevano. Durante la festa tutto andato alla grande. La stanza è molto spaziosa, con tanti giochi, tutto molto pulito. Bambini si erano divertiti un sacco! Vivamente consigliato da parte mia!
We had my 7 year old daughter's birthday party at the "fairytale rainbow". It was the best party we've ever had! Organization is great! I didn't have to think about anything. Communication was great. As soon as I sent the message, they answered me. During the party everything went great. The room is very spacious, with lots of games, all very clean. Kids had a lot of fun! Highly recommended from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è mia abitudine lasciare recensioni, ma dopo aver letto quelle di due giorni fa mi sono sentita in dovere di dire la mia. Nella classe di mio figlio festeggiamo quasi tutti da anni da arcobaleno delle favole. Non credo ad una parola di quanto scritto nella recensione: le ragazze sono molto precise e professionali, il cibo è sempre più che sufficiente: tutte le volte, prima di andare via, preparano la ‘schiscetta’ come la chiamano loro con quello che è avanzato. Trovo molto positivo l’uso dei monodose perché soprattutto in questo periodo la prudenza non è mai abbastanza, anzi, suggerirei di usarli anche in futuro e anche il fatto che troviamo già pronti i bicchieri dei bambini con i nomi scritti. Bibite e patatine ci sono sempre per tutti e se per caso finisce una bibita e loro non se ne accorgono glielo chiedi e te la portano subito. Aggiungerei che il posto è PULITISSIMO, tant’è che tutte le volte mi meraviglio di quanto siano pulite le calzine antiscivolo di mio figlio a fine serata. Brave ragazze, continuate così. I nostri bambini vi adorano!
It is not my habit to leave reviews, but after reading those two days ago I felt compelled to have my say. In my son's class, we have been celebrating almost everyone for years like a fairy tale rainbow. I don't believe a word of what is written in the review: the girls are very precise and professional, the food is always more than enough: every time, before leaving, they prepare the 'schiscetta' as they call it with what is left over . I find the use of single-doses very positive because, especially in this period, prudence is never enough, indeed, I would suggest using them also in the future and also the fact that we find the children's glasses ready with the names written. Drinks and chips are always there for everyone and if by chance they run out of a drink and they don't notice, ask them and they'll bring it to you right away. I would add that the place is VERY CLEAN, so much so that every time I am amazed at how clean my son's non-slip socks are at the end of the evening. Good girls, keep it up. Our children love you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo festeggiato presso l'Arcobaleno delle Favole il compleanno per i 5 anni di mia figlia, ed è stato perfetto. Premesso che i bambini semplicemente si divertono coi giochi e poco guardano a decorazioni e quasi non mangiano perchè troppo eccitati e presi dai giochi, le decorazioni a tema sirenetta da noi richiesto e l'allestimento tavola sono stati semplicemente bellissimi. Il cibo per i bimbi è stato abbondante, noi abbiamo aggiunto degli extra per gli adulti, ed è stato tutto impeccabile. Ringrazio ancora il team di Arcobaleno delle Favole per l'organizzazione, ancora compliementi, bravissime!!!!
We celebrated my daughter's 5 year birthday at the Arcobaleno delle Favole, and it was perfect. Given that children simply have fun with games and little look at decorations and almost do not eat because they are too excited and taken by the games, the mermaid themed decorations we requested and the table setting were simply beautiful. The food for the kids was plentiful, we added extras for the adults, and everything was flawless. Thanks again to the Arcobaleno delle Favole team for the organization, again compliments, very good !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location è un po’ piccola ma molto bella con dei bei giochi per i bambini! Il problema sono ‘loro’ con quello che si paga nonostante abbia fatto L opzione bibite e patatine no stop ed aver aggiunto pacchetto focacce pizze ecc non c’era roba da mangiare e nemmeno da bere una bottiglia di bibita alla volta mettevano un quadratino di focaccia nel piattino e delle ciotoline misere tipo quelle da gatto per darci le patatine! L’unica nota positiva che i bambini si sono divertiti! Ma ci sono tanti altri parco giochi al chiuso dove ho festeggiato i compleanni delle mie bambine che non hanno paragoni! A me e quella ventina di genitori invitati non ci vedranno mai più!
The location is a bit small but very nice with nice games for children! The problem is 'them' with what you pay despite having made the option of non-stop drinks and chips and having added a packet of focaccia pizzas, etc. in the saucer and miserable bowls like the cat ones to give us the chips! The only positive note that the children enjoyed! But there are many other indoor playgrounds where I celebrated my girls' birthdays that are unmatched! Me and those twenty or so invited parents will never see us again!
