★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da giorno 9/8/18 che ho il disservizio, con un download di 1.90 massimo 3..chiamo al numero clienti,scrivendo anche mail e fax e segnalazioni al reparto amministrativo (che per non chiudermi il telefono in faccia mi ha lasciato in linea senza dirmi niente)ed ancora oggi non ho avuto nessuna e ripeto nessuna risposta, nè risoluzione del problema.Serietà aziendale 0.
I have been out of service since 9/8/18, with a download of 1.90 maximum 3 ... we call the customer number, also writing emails and faxes and reports to the administrative department (which in order not to close the phone in my face left me in line without telling me anything) and still today I have not had any and I repeat no answer, nor resolution of the problem. Corporate seriousness 0.
