★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le meilleur cannolo que j’ai mangé de ma vie. Le croquant est différent, délicat, pas trop épais. La ricotta est certes un peu sucrée mais on en redemande. La matière est bien travaillée, suffisaient pour que cela soit léger et qu’il reste des petits morceaux pour donner du volume. Excellent.
The best cannolo I've eaten in my life. The crunch is different, delicate, not too thick. Ricotta is certainly a little sweet but we want more. The material is well worked, enough for it to be light and for small pieces to remain to give volume. Excellent.
