★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata quì in totale due forse tre volte al massimo ed è stata una bellissima scoperta. La location è bella, pulita e alla moda, i prodotti ottimi e i prezzi medio-cari ma come tutti i parrucchieri di un certo livello...se non fosse per la poca professionalità, maleducazione, presunzione e 'acidume' generale di una vostra dipendente (blonde) che purtroppo non solo rovina l'esperienza alla cliente (un comportamento simile all'estero le farebbe perdere il lavoro all'istante) ma la fa pure scappare. Un fare da svogliata pieno di lamentele, critiche e insulti velati, pretesti per potersi autoelogiare e in generale sminuire la cliente. Metto tre stelle solo per non rovinare la media alla proprietaria che trovo gentile, di talento e professionale ma il successo dipende molto dalla scelta dei propri dipendenti.
Purtroppo non tornerò ma spero di esser d'aiuto.
I have been here in total two maybe three times at most and it was a wonderful discovery. The location is beautiful, clean and trendy, the products are excellent and the prices medium-expensive but like all hairdressers of a certain level ... if it were not for the lack of professionalism, rudeness, presumption and general 'acidity' of one of your employees (blonde) who unfortunately not only ruins the customer experience (similar behavior abroad would make her lose her job instantly) but also makes her escape. An act of listlessness full of complaints, criticisms and veiled insults, pretexts to be able to self-praise and in general demean the customer. I put three stars just to not spoil the average for the owner who I find kind, talented and professional but success depends a lot on the choice of their employees.
Unfortunately I will not return but I hope to be of help.
