★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did two courses with Koyne. First a group beginners lessons and a then one to one course. Both of them were really good and were imparted by real teachers with a strong knowledge of grammar. I fully recommend the school, staff is very friendly, teachers are great and the school is located in Rome center which is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, Koiné is one of the best language schools in Rome due to the welcoming environment and staff. I have worked with Koiné in the past, teaching a conversation aperitivo course and individual summer courses, and doing a voice recording for a promotional video. They were always very professional and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing a whole week in Koiné - Italian Language Centre was a real pleasure and also a new experience. I enjoyed italian courses and had a great time with all the classmates. The school entices you to improve your italian and to talk fluently, without being afraid of doing mistakes. You can learn to be more confident but also on vert special points like grammar or vocabulary. Hope you'll join and like it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my time at this school. I took a 4-week course with an au pair discount and I learned a lot of Italian and met some cool people. They have a few extracurricular events to encourage students to get to know each other.
The teachers/other staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the class sizes are small so you can form bonds with your classmates and get individual attention from teachers. I also liked how they gave you a student ID card, and you can use it in some nearby restaurants to get discounts on stuff. It’s also really easy to get to using the metro, as it’s only a 5 minute walk away from the closest stop, and 2 stops away from Termini.
Bonus perk: There’s a cheap, cute cafe right next door to the school which I would go to during breaks/before class to get a coffee and a pastry. Super convenient. Super yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! I came to Koiné after a couple months in another Italian class that met only twice a week. The intensive morning class was perfect: small (only eight or so students), a very well-prepared curriculum, and an extremely well-prepared instructor. All the students were there to learn! The instructor was extraordinarily accommodating with all our questions, and would still make sure that we covered the material we needed to every day. He spoke to us in Italian always, and was easy to understand, even with my _very_ limited grasp of the language. I felt it was the perfect balance between rigor and flexibility. The price can't be beat, even before the generous discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did 60 hours one to one lesson at Koiné. My teacher was Nadia. She is brilliant, very professional and she is extremly patient. I started the lessons at the school and contiuned online. Both were very great, never boring. When i started the course I could only say few things in italian , but now I can speak easily. Also the administration was easy and quick. I highly reccomend this school.

The engagement and kindness of my teachers helped me to progress in Italian in a very short time. I'm really grateful for their investment, but also their communication. I highly recommend Koinè!
