Mi sono recato pochi minuti fa presso l'agenzia 10 confidando nell'orario riportato sul sito (14.45-17). Porte chiuse. Dopo aver suonato si e' presentato un impiegato che ci ha informato che il servizio di cassa e' solo la mattina. E perche' non scriverlo? Poiche' mia moglie aveva riscontrato una smagnetizzazione del bancomat e' stata ricevuta ed io che l'accompagnavo sono rimasto fuori oltretutto accusando un lieve malore. Nonostante mia moglie, informando l'impiegato del mio malore, abbia chiesto di farmi entrare per poter sedere, nessuno si e' preoccupato di farmi entrare. Banca da rifondare cercando di far capire a dirigenti ed impiegati che il cliente e' baricentrico per tutte le aziende.

Accoglienza, servizio e consulenza pessimi. Questa mattina il bancomat mi ha trattenuto la carta e così ho pensato bene di entrare e riprendere la carta. Ho dovuto attendere all'incirca 1 ora prima che qualcuno si degnasse di risolvere questo piccolo inconveniente. In passato mi era già capitato presso altre filiali e tutto veniva risolto facilmente e senza troppe attese. Questa agenzia è pessima. Personale svogliato e altezzoso. Dovrebbero cambiare slogan: "BNL gruppo bnp paribas, CI SCUSIAMO PER IL DISAGIO" Ho rimpianto Trenitalia per un attimo.
Bad welcome, service and advice. This morning the ATM withheld my card and so I thought I'd go in and get the card back. I had to wait about 1 hour before someone deigned to solve this small inconvenience. In the past it had already happened to me at other branches and everything was solved easily and without too many waiting times. This agency is bad. Lazy and snooty staff. They should change slogans: "BNL bnp paribas group, we apologize for the inconvenience" I regretted Trenitalia for a moment.

Mi sono recata presso la banca per una richiesta mutuo. Già all'entrata non c'era nessuno all'accoglienza!! Potevi mettere una bomba e andartene che nessuno vedeva nulla. Il direttore mi ha ricevuto quasi scocciato si vedeva che non aveva proprio voglia di lavorare. Infatti mi ha fatto una consulenza molto blanda, basti pensare che non ha neanche guardato i documenti che avevo portato con me, è andato a fiducia!!!!!! Ciliegina sulla torta, mi ha detto perché non sono andata a chiedere il mutuo alla Deutsche Bank!!!!!!!!!!!! Io veramente scioccata... Mai più, e la sconsiglio vivamente!!!!! Cambiate il personale.

Terribile esperienza per cercare di aprire un conto in questa filiale, fra telefonate al call center per avere un appuntamento, appuntamenti dal loro cancellati con fantomatici consulenti esterni, per poi una volta riusciti ad accordarne uno con il direttore (perché i consulente non serviva) , andare in filiale e scoprire che nessuno ti aspettava e che il famoso consulente era invece necessario e non ci stava... Assolutamente da evitare come la peste
Terrible experience to try to open an account in this branch, between phone calls to the call center to have an appointment, appointments canceled by them with phantom external consultants, and then once managed to agree one with the director (because the consultant was not needed), go to the branch and discover that no one was waiting for you and that the famous consultant was instead necessary and was not there ... Absolutely to be avoided like the plague

A level of stupidity I have not had the misfortune to witness for quite some time. I went on five separte occassions, each time bringing exactly what was required. On the fifth occasion, after days and days wasted, I am told they cannot do a very simple process which would take ten minutes in my own country. Truly pathetic. Did not realise it was so disorganised here.

It’s surprising how indisputably rude the lady was to me and my girlfriend. 1 star is too generous. We both came in asking if they were able to exchange some money, the lady said no. That’s understandable, some banks cannot, but when we asked if there were any banks around that were available to do this, she laughed and said “it’s impossible, no”. Fine, then I asked if they had WiFi so we could look something up (both my girlfriend and I need WiFi to search things on our phones), the lady shook her head shrugged and said “no, not at all”. Whatever, then I asked if there were any places around that would have WiFi, she laughed said “I will not help you” and just left. This is the WORST costumer service I’ve experienced in all of Italy. I do not suggest going here unless you want to be patronized and treated terribly!
