★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata una sola volta un ragazzo cinese giovane mi ha fatto lo shampoo mi ha sbattuto molto la testa e mi ha provocato un forte mal di testa. Stessa cosa con la piega infatti gli ho detto di fare più piano. Si è innervosito pronunciando qualcosa in cinese parlando con un suo collega e per dispetto non mi nemmeno la piastra. Pessimo lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Per prima cosa, la ragazza che ha servito la mia amica ha utilizzato i guanti durante il lavaggio, mentre la parrucchiera che si è occupata di me no, grattandomi inoltre la cute ferocemente con le unghie. Per farmi sedere al lavatoio, mi ha tirata dai capelli fin dentro il lavandino. Ma che modi sono? Inoltre, la collega che si occupava della mia amica ha iniziato ad occuparsi di lei dieci minuti prima, ma la parrucchiera che lavava me ha finito nello stesso momento in cui ha finito lei. Risparmio di tempo?....
All'asciugatura ha utilizzato il phon alla massima potenza e la spazzola come se fosse un'arma di tortura, scottandomi e strappandomi capelli come fossi una barbie vecchia. Dopo la piastra inoltre ho notato i miei capelli sfibrati, bruciati, svuotati e rigidi come mai prima d'ora, mi è preso il panico! Ho pagato e sono scappata, MAI PIÙ! Per non parlare dell'antipatia, la parrucchiera non ha mai accennato un sorriso, non capivo cosa dicesse e non ha nemmeno salutato quando l'ho fatto io prima di uscire. MALEDUCATA.

Le ragazze sono gentilissime.
La ragazza che mi ha fatto le unghie è stata velocissima e sopratutto molti professionale.
I capelli me li hanno tagliati perfettamente, proprio come gli avevo fatto vedere. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

Il centro estetico più scadente che abbia mai provato.
Scarsa professionalità è dire poco.
Incompetenza è dire pochissimo.
Sono andata lì per una semplice pedicure. Oltre ad aver tagliato le unghie in modo barbaro, mi hanno tagliato un pezzo di carne, a destra dell'unghia.
Quello che ne è derivato è incredibile: oltre al dolore provato non solo al momento ma anche nei giorni a seguire, dolore che mi ha portato allo svenimento, ho avuto un'infezione per cui ho dovuto prendere una settimana di antibiotici.
Il piede non è ancora guarito del tutto e non riesco ancora a camminare. Sono solo indecisa se denunciarli o meno.
Vergogna.

The foot has not fully healed yet and I still cannot walk. I'm just undecided whether to report them or not.
