Questo è il posto giusto per allenarsi in base alle capacità e le esigenze di ognuna di noi e soprattutto per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione, in un ambiente accogliente ed intimo! Lo staff a dir poco favoloso, le ragazze sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza! Ho sempre detestato le classiche palestre noiose e sono stata sempre abbastanza pigra! Questo posto invece è un altro mondo e oramai non ce la faccio più a farne a meno! Pensavo che dopo la gravidanza quei fianchi larghi, quella pancia da salvagente, quelle cosce grosse e la cellulite non si può più sconfiggere e invece ora mi meraviglio dei risultati ottenuti in brevissimo tempo! C'è da dire anche che l'abbonamento costa poco nei confronti delle altre palestre! Perciò la consiglio a tutte!
A perfect gym for all women of all ages! Get back in shape, tone up and simply stay active and full of energy! This is the right place to train according to the abilities and needs of each of us and especially for those who have little time available, in a welcoming and intimate environment! The staff is nothing short of fabulous, the girls are always available for any need! I've always hated classic boring gyms and I've always been pretty lazy! This place, on the other hand, is another world and now I can't do without it anymore! I thought that after pregnancy those wide hips, that lifebuoy belly, those big thighs and cellulite can no longer be defeated and instead now I am amazed at the results obtained in a very short time! It must also be said that the subscription is cheap compared to other gyms! So I recommend it to everyone!
