★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessi gentili, ma lasciare l’antitaccheggio su un paio di jeans da 90 euro non è perdonabile, soprattutto in una giornata tranquilla, senza coda in cassa e almeno 3 dipendenti in negozio. Sono tornata a casa dopo l’acquisto (abito a 100 km di distanza) e me ne sono accorta.
 Friendly salesmen, but leaving the anti-theft on a pair of 90 euro jeans is not forgivable, especially on a quiet day, with no queue at the cash desk and at least 3 employees in the shop. I returned home after the purchase (I live 100 km away) and I realized it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato due paia di jeans e appena sono tornata a casa ho staccato i cartellini. Il giorno dopo li ho provati per indossarli ma avevo sbagliato taglia, perciò sono tornata in negozio dopo due settimane chiedendo gentilmente se potessi prendere una taglia più piccola. Mi viene detto che siccome avevo tolto i cartellini forse non avrebbero potuto cambiarmeli, e nel mentre un commesso (molto gentile) mi fa provare la taglia più piccola, che mi andava perfetta. Esco dal camerino e la signorina bionda mi viene a dire che non me li può cambiare PERCHÉ IO LI HO LAVATI. COSA PER NIENTE VERA. Sono stata accusata di una cosa che non ho fatto, quando poteva benissimo dirmi semplicemente che non sarebbe riuscita a cambiarli a causa dei cartellini tolti (che mi sembra comunque una cosa un po’ assurda). Perciò, signorina bionda, vergognati.
I bought two pairs of jeans and as soon as I got home I took off the tags. The next day I tried them on to wear them but I had the wrong size, so I went back to the shop after two weeks asking politely if I could get a smaller size. I am told that since I had removed the tags, perhaps they could not have changed them, and in the meantime a (very kind) salesman made me try on the smaller size, which suited me perfect. I leave the dressing room and the blond lady comes to tell me that she cannot change them BECAUSE I HAVE WASHED THEM. THING NOTHING TRUE. I was accused of something I did not do, when she could very well simply tell me that she would not be able to change them due to the tags removed (which still seems a bit absurd to me). So, young blonde lady, be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice shop of levis brand, you can buy all the modrls, including some of the last seasons which are usually discounted. The current models are so discounted but still they are cheaper thrn in tje regular shops.the staff is very nice and helpful
