★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto spesso le scarpe per i bimbi in questo negozio, effettivamente il costo è decisamente abbordabile, al solito non si trovano i numeri di tutti i modelli ma è lo scotto da pagare (in fin dei conti è un outlet). Con le scarpe Primigi i miei figli si son sempre trovati bene, mi paiono di buona qualità.
I often buy shoes for children in this shop, actually the cost is very affordable, as usual you can't find the numbers of all the models but it is the price to pay (after all it is an outlet). My children have always enjoyed themselves with Primigi shoes, they seem to be of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, indescrivibile per quanto è stato scortese è maleducato. Commesse scocciate, per nulla disponibili, anzi indisponenti. Chiacchierano tra di loro e non calcolano il cliente e liquidano ogni domanda con "quello che c'è è esposto". Io e mia figlia siamo uscite senza acquistare nulla, delle scarpe che avevo addocchiato purtroppo non c'era il numero; ma alla richiesta di alternative le ragazze del negozio non hanno mosso un dito per trovarci qualcosa di alternativo. Comprare all'outlet non deve far sentire il cliente così a disagio. Anche avessi trovato il numero di certo non avrei acquistato! Consiglio alla/o store manager o responsabile di zona di fare un adeguato ripasso di buone maniere, educazione e gentilezza alle dipendenti. Questo non è servizio al cliente!
Bad service, indescribable for how rude and rude it was. Annoyed orders, not available at all, rather irritating. They chat to each other and do not calculate the customer and dismiss each question with "what is exposed". My daughter and I went out without buying anything, unfortunately there was no number of the shoes I had pinned; but when asked for alternatives, the girls in the shop didn't lift a finger to find us something alternative. Shopping at the outlet doesn't have to make the customer feel so uncomfortable. Even if I had found the number I certainly would not have bought! I advise the store manager or area manager to make an adequate review of good manners, education and kindness to employees. This is not customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai trovato una commessa gentile. Non rispondono nemmeno a un (o anche due) "buongiorno". Passeggiano per il negozio (più delle volte vuoto) per finire sempre nel retro, come se lì dentro ci fosse qualche neonato incustodito.
Per la merce invece.. raramente riesco a comprare qualcosa, gli sconti non sono convincenti.
Never found a kind saleswoman. They don't even respond to a (or even two) "hello". They walk around the shop (mostly empty) to always end up in the back, as if there were some unattended babies inside.
For the goods instead .. I rarely manage to buy something, the discounts are not convincing.
