Dopo aver scelto un modellino radiocomandato lo abbiamo provato subito dopo essere usciti dal negozio. Purtroppo la vettura giocattolo era difettosa così abbiamo deciso di tornare nel negozio e chiedere una sostituzione. Le commesse provano tutte le routine di controlli, cambi batteria ecc. finché (finalmente) accettano di sostituirlo. Chiediamo di fare una verifica del modello per sicurezza e così fanno. Inseriscono le batterie ma fanno la prova dietro il bancone dove non possiamo vedere e dichiarano che funziona. Senza fare domande rimuovono le batterie e cominciano a re-imballare il modello. Noi non sicuri riproviamo a inserire le batterie e fare una prova e otteniamo lo stesso risultato del modello sostituito.
