Con la presente vorrei informare l'azienda
Di uno spiacevolissimo episodio accaduto sabato primo pomeriggio presso lo store in outlet a Noventa di Piave. Dovevo acquistare un regalo, mi trovavo nella zona prima infanzia Little Marc Jacobs bimbo, quando si avvicina a me una commessa (sui '40 capelli corti castani e occhiali) che stava seguendo una vendita di una coppia che cercava un prodotto simile al mio. Alla coppia viene consigliato una tutina LMJ, che viene venduta con un omaggio, una pochette neoprene a topo. Prendo lo stesso abbinamento. Mi avvicino ad una gentile commessa e chiedo se con la STESSA tuta e la Pochette posso pagare. La commessa mi dice: le confermo se va venduta assieme. La signora in cassa, che stava concludendo la vendita alla coppia risponde; NO mi spiace, sono vendute separatamente. Non potevo credere alle mie orecchie. Pensavo di aver capito male, quindi ripongo tutina e topo, e cerco qualcos' altro, fatalità avvicinandomi al Korner a fianco alla cassa sento la signora responsabile che afferma queste parole: sono la responsabile, decido io a chi dare o meno i gadget. Meglio scegliere i clienti simpatici.
Bene, ho lasciato uscire i clienti precedenti ma non mi sono trattenuta dal dirle quanto cafona e quanto poco si meriti il suo ruolo da "responsabile". Vergognosa.
Oltre ad avermi mancato di rispetto sfottendomi, senza ritengo quando appunto le ero accanto, ha frodato l'azienda regalando un oggetto igiustificatamente.
Mi dispiace che aziende sbaglino a dare ruoli di fiducia a questo genere di persone. Tutelatevi da certa maleducazione.

Hereby I would like to inform the company
Of a very unpleasant episode that occurred on Saturday early afternoon at the outlet store in Noventa di Piave. I had to buy a gift, I was in the Little Marc Jacobs baby area, when a saleswoman (in her 40s short brown hair and glasses) approaches me who was following a sale of a couple who were looking for a product similar to mine. The couple is recommended an LMJ onesie, which is sold with a gift, a mouse neoprene clutch. I take the same pairing. I approach a kind saleswoman and ask if I can pay with the SAME suit and the Pochette. The saleswoman tells me: I confirm if it is to be sold together. The lady at the cashier, who was concluding the sale to the couple, replies; NO sorry, they are sold separately. I couldn't believe my ears. I thought I had misunderstood, so I put away the catsuit and mouse, and look for something else, inevitably approaching the Korner next to the cash desk I hear the responsible lady saying these words: I am responsible, I decide who to give the gadgets to or not. Better to choose nice customers.
Well, I let the previous clients out but I didn't hold back from telling her how naughty and how little she deserves her role as "manager". Shameful.
In addition to disrespecting me by teasing me, without thinking when I was right next to her, she defrauded the company by giving an object unjustifiably.
I'm sorry that companies are wrong to trust these kinds of people. Protect yourself from some rudeness.
