Una volta tornati a casa ci siamo resi conto che non era stato applicato il ribasso.
Ho chiamato ovviamente per chiedere conferma di quello che è successo e ha risposto la stessa ragazza che ci ha fatto il conto, probabilmente se ne è ricordata e ha iniziato a replicare in modo confuso e non chiaro.
Evito di tornare in negozio perchè non ho intenzione di discutere ma considero questo trattamento pessimo, sono quasi certa che non sia stato un errore di distrazione.
Two weeks ago we went to the store and bought two items that, in addition to the Outlet price, had a 40% discount.
Once we returned home we realized that the discount had not been applied.
I obviously called to ask for confirmation of what happened and the same girl who did the count answered, probably she remembered it and started replying in a confused and unclear way.
I avoid going back to the shop because I'm not going to argue but I consider this treatment bad, I'm pretty sure it wasn't a careless mistake.
