Al telefono mi hanno sempre fornito risposte vaghe, sommarie, evasive, non esaurienti, in un italiano stentato e invitando sempre ad andare di persona. Con questa modalità mi hanno sempre fatto passare la voglia di andare e ho finito per rivolgermi altrove, trovando persone al telefono molto più gentili, corrette e disponibili a fornire informazioni. Io non ci vado a questa Levent school. Scrivo questa recensione per dargli un consiglio: migliorate il front office telefonico!
I tried several times to contact them to take a course. On the telephone they always provided me with vague, summary, evasive, non-exhaustive answers, in a broken Italian and always inviting them to go in person. With this mode they always made me want to go and I ended up talking elsewhere, finding people on the phone much more kind, correct and willing to provide information. I don't go to this Levent school. I write this review to give you some advice: improve the front office phone!

I highly recommend to choose this school for your class and I do it for a billion of reasons: it’s fun, shaped for your needs, you will never get bored and Sara is an amazing teacher!
