M	Massimiliano Zilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il medico che mi segue e la professionalità e gentilezza del personale dello studio in generale sono molto contento. I problemi sono altri! I tempi di attesa per prendere la linea sono assolutamente vergognosi. Risponde sempre occupato e non c'è la possibilità di rimanere in attesa finchè un operatore si libera. Si può solo ripetere la chiamata infinite volte sperando che prima o poi vada a buon fine. Questo problema si è aggravato con il Covid ma anche prima del Covid la situazione non era molto meglio. Inoltre trovo sia assurdo dover passare per il centralino e dover fissare un appuntamento per questioni che potrebbero essere risolte in 30 secondi via email, strumento che attualmente non viene proprio utilizzato. Sono perfettamente consapevole che non tutto può essere fatto via email e molte volte il medico ha la necessità ed il dovere di vedere il paziente ma ci sono anche casi in cui invece, una semplice e-mail farebbe risparmiare molto tempo sia ai pazienti che ai medici. Sarò più che felice di rivedere questa recensione appena le cose iniziano a migliorare. Totale mancanza di orgaizzazione. Non sono neppure in grado o non vogliono, dare i riferimenti dei medici, non hanno una email per la segreteria per strane ragioni di privacy. Sono seguito da un'altro medico in un altro studio ed è tutt'altra storia, chiami e rispondono, ti mettono in contatto con il medico, ricevono e girano referti, aspetti poco. Qui è proprio un disastro. Al giorno d'oggi dovrebbe essere usata la mail per quanto possibile o comunque avere più linee telefoniche (anche se dubito fortemente sia veramente occupata sempre).
