P	Pierre Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place located in a historical building. The restaurant has beautiful artwork on the ceiling. This place is kinda chic but still really cozy at the same time, you feel comfortable there. They propose a great selection of delicous and exclusive cocktails. Their food menu is also really attractive with cold cuts and specialities from the Liguria area. I would particularly recommend the aperitivo formula served there.

A	Ameya Hate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most amazing time at Les Rouge. The setting of this restaurant/bar is incredible. A family residence palace built in the 16th century, still owned by the same family, bombed in WW2 and walls show it. Time has taken a toll on the frescoes but somehow it all adds to the charm. We went there on a Sunday, which usually a slow day. The owner Benny is an excellent host and he gave a lot of attention and answered all our questions. It was like having a private dining experience! The cocktails are amazing (I think you can literally get anything you want)? and food is good too? Benny walked us through the multiple rounds of post meal alcohols. Can't thank him enough for his hospitality.

My partner's pasta dish was good but nothing special, I had the slow cooked beef with polenta which was tasty but the beef was a bit dry and chewy. Really nice experience all in all, will definitely come back to try again.
M	Meghan Feeks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few nightlife experiences can rival an evening spent in a super cool cocktail bar in a 16th-century Genoan palace — especially on New Year's Eve! The place itself is gorgeous: the damage it suffered during WW2 bombardment gives it a feeling of faded grandeur, but for me, this is what Genoa is all about. What really made the experience special, however, was the wonderful offering and service. The 7-course meal they prepared for New Year's Eve was delicious and a bargain at €50. The cocktails were stellar. And best of all the, service was top notch. This is now easily one of my favorite bars anywhere in the world and I will definitely make it a point to visit every time I'm in Genoa!

The only downside was ordering a bottle of wine which ended up being mmm...undrinkable and, most importantly, with a screw-on bottle cap (which is shameful for Italian wines)... But fair enough ?? The prices were high but it's understandable...
