★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a blower on 25 March 2019. I used it for three times with very ineffective blowing power. Since the machine was under guarantee I brought it back to the Leroy store in Laurentina on the 7th of November for repair. After two weeks of waiting I called the store; and was promised that someone will contact me. None called so I came personally to the store and was told that the machine is under repair and that someone will call to update me on the status of the machine. Again nothing happened and no one called.
Today I came again to the store and was told that the responsible person is not working today. I asked to see someone from management and was told to wait. I have been waiting for an hour now and no one came to talk to me.
As you can see from this short and sad story that the services and management of this store is very inefficient and ineffective. I hope that someone will do something soon.

Large parking lot.
Opens early in the morning on weekdays.
Helpful staff to direct you to the right section of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally gave this shop 5 stars but after my experience today I've decided to change. I bought a tap here 1.5 years ago. It started leaking and I brought back the tap to be told they wouldn't do anything and the 10 year guarantee only covers the metal part of the tap (comedians!). Very disappointed by them because up to now I've had no issues.
