I live for them

Tutti medici preparari scrupolosi attenti ai bisogni dei noatri amici a 4 zampre e sempre molto pazienti anche con noi proprietari. Grazie ancora a tutti VOI cari dottori e dottoresse per quello che fate per i miei amati gatti. Non pottei essere in mani più sicure. Vorrei fare anche una menzione particolare all'organizzazione. È difficile trovare una clinica in cui gli appuntamenti sono rigorosamente rispettati al minuto e in cui la trasparenza è un valore fondante che caratterizza il rapporto medico-paziente. Questa clinica è tutto questo. Inoltre mi piace molto l'impostazione di efficienza e paperless (i referti sono tutti veicolati via email, come pure le fatture) e gli appuntamenti sono ricordati con una notifica sul cellulare. È una impostazione che mi aiuta molto. Hanno in cura la mia gattina da 18 mesi per dei problemi che ci impongono di controllarla e di curarla almeno una volta al mese. Ho quindi sperimentato in maniera consistente tutto quello che sopra ho descritto. Solo applausi per questa realtà! Ad maiora per il dott. Bartoli e tutto lo staff!! For Dr. Bartoli and all the staff can only say words of professionalism, admiration and gratitude. I would also like to make a special mention to the organization. It is difficult to find a clinic where appointments are strictly respected to the minute and where transparency is a fundamental value that characterizes the doctor-patient relationship. This clinic is all of that. I also really like the efficiency and paperless setting (the reports are all sent via email, as well as the invoices) and the appointments are remembered with a notification on the mobile phone. It is an approach that helps me a lot. They have been treating my kitten for 18 months for problems that require us to check and treat her at least once a month. I have therefore consistently experienced everything I have described above. Only applause for this reality! Ad maiora for dr. Bartoli and all the staff !!
