I prezzi di questo marchio sono onesti ma l'arredatrice che ci ha fatto il preventivo è stata molto sbrigativa e quando siamo andati a ritirarlo (dopo aver preso appuntamento) non ha avuto tempo di riceverci così ce l'ha mandato per email senza nemmeno avere l'accortezza di discuterlo. Pessima impressione I asked for a quote for an Arredo kitchen3. The prices of this brand are honest but the decorator who gave us the quote was very hasty and when we went to pick it up (after making an appointment) she didn't have time to receive us so she sent it to us by email without even having the foresight to discuss it. Very bad impression

Strano modo di lavorare, comunque auguri. Acquistammo la prima cucina per la sede nel 2001 e ancor oggi dopo un trasloco nella nuova sede di proprietà, sebbene usata da una cinquantina di dipendenti, è perfettamente funzionante. La seconda cucina per uso privato anche se martoriata da una peste di tre anni dopo ben 11 anni di vita è illibata. Questa dopo 8 anni ha necessitato di una piccola espansione e sebbene fosse stata fuori produzione, abbiamo trovato l'assistenza adeguata che ha risolto il problema. Sono entrata nel negozio garbatamente e nessuno mi ha rivolto parola quando ho detto “buona sera”. Alla fine, solo dopo aver vagato per il negozio per poco più di dieci minuti, sono riuscita a parlare con una di loro che mi ha informata della necessità di un appuntamento. Grazie per la cortesia e gentilezza, Vi auguro “tanti buoni affari”! Sconsiglio vivamente se volete evitare questo tipo di sgradevoli esperienze. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but they definitely deserve it. The people who work there are very rude, both on the phone and in person. I phoned to ask if I needed to make an appointment: twice I was briefly told to be open and then they closed the phone while I was still asking the question. I entered the shop politely and no one spoke to me when I said "good evening". Finally, only after wandering around the store for a little over ten minutes, I was able to speak to one of them who informed me of the need for an appointment. Thanks for the courtesy and kindness, I wish you "many good deals"! I strongly advise against it if you want to avoid this kind of unpleasant experience.
