Surprising good. Just got there by chance, however it's a place to visit again. Very friendly personnel... Just only one menu but good and satisfying.

I’m from Brazil and I was supposed to marry in Tuscany on May of 2020. Because of the COVID-19 we needed to cancel our wedding, once it was at the height of the virus, especially in Italy. We had booked a venue, make all the reservations. We went to Italy on 2019 to meet the place and also to decide the Catering. We had a adorable meeting with Cristina from the company Le Cirque. She was always adorable and so helpful. We paid 20% of the total of the catering budget 1 year before the wedding, to make the reservation. Unfortunately we needed to cancel the wedding 40 days before(we couldn’t even go to Italy because all the flights were canceled) and since then we have been devastated with the treatment that we have been received from Le Cirque. We tried to solve the situation that become good for both sides but they were IRREDUCIBLE and RUDE. Don’t answer emails, don’t answer any calls. don’t want to negotiate or ever considered give our money back. We choosed Le Cirque to be our Catering because we TOUGHT that they were attentive and honest. Unfortunately that’s not true. We tried contact with Jerry, the owner and he refuses to answer us. That’s so sad and frustrating. Just think 1000 times more before choosing Le Cirque. Such a disappointing experience. We regret every moment, and we were far to have our wedding. They were not humans to deal with this situations that we are been thru with COVID. *all the other companies that we arranged to the wedding (venue, music, DJ, lights, makeup, ice cream) were SO helpful, understood our situation and gave us refund.

Everything was going fine with this company until the pandemic. We are in the U.K. And we’re due to marry on 29th May. We started conversations with Le Cirque about options at the beginning or March March but was told it must go ahead. There are no flights permitted from the U.K. and no flights allowed in to Italy and no large gatherings are allowed until after the wedding date. Everybody else in relation to the wedding had been reasonable and have agreed on a refund on deposits paid. Le cirque however have not. We informed them that because of the international travel bans and due to the restrictions the wedding venue had cancelled the wedding, there response was that they would put us in an alternative venue and they would do the wedding with a small group. Honestly I have never come across such unreasonable people in all my life. They have no Empathy at all Please please please avoid these

Customer service is wonderful but they have been unkind and inflexible with COVID-19. International couples, do not use them. Cristina has been lovely to deal with, but unfortunately the company is refusing to give us our deposit back for our wedding catering. We are Australians who have postponed our wedding in Italy for a year (September 2020 to October 2021) and then had to cancel because we physically cannot leave the country. We tried to cancel in August 2020 due to covid and my mother's health and it was refused. I waited until August 2021 to attempt again, for it to be closer to our date (in October 2021) and with Australian government proof that we could not leave, but the return of our deposit has been refused again. Whilst the contract doesn't allow for return (unless the venue is unusable) which it IS because we cannot get there and even the venue has refunded us, Cirque has given the reason as being "compensation" due to services rendered and not being able to book that date for another event. I gave them a years notice, and have not organised anything with them since signing the contract. They have not had to put any effort into our event post contract signing and so there is no way this compensation is a legitimate claim. I am sad to have to give this review, as I'm sure we could have had a good experience with Cirque had everything worked out. But they are being unfair and inflexible and not taking into account covid issues. I just want our deposit back, even part of it. We have had to redo our wedding multiple times now and this is just heartbreaking...

Le Cirque catered our wedding last week and we can't recommend them enough. It was a pleasure to work with Cristina and her team. They were very attentive to our requests, which consisted in an all-vegetarian menu + variations, proposing original and super tasty dishes. Their cake Dolce Incrocio is so delicious that I'm still dreaming about it. Highly recommended!
