★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti al limite del ridicolo. Eseguito un aggiornato Windows il tasto backspace, enter e space hanno smesso di funzionare. Chiamo l'assistenza clienti e mi dicono "ci dispiace, per il suo PC non abbiamo più nulla perché è troppo vecchio (PC del 2014), posso consigliarle di formattare il PC. Complimenti, non comprerò mai più un vostro PC se il servizio clienti si limita a questo.
Customer service bordering on ridicule. After running an updated Windows, the backspace, enter and space keys stopped working. I call customer support and they tell me "sorry, we have nothing left for your PC because it is too old (PC from 2014), I can advise you to format your PC. Congratulations, I will never buy your PC again if customer service it is limited to this.

Il vostro operatore mi ha convinto che meglio fare sostituzione al prodotto dicendo che ci vuole 7 giorni lavorativi circa. Sono passati molto di più e mi arrivano solo mail che state cercando di risolvere il mio caso.... In qualsiasi azienda seria sostituzione e restituzione di un prodotto è una procedura quotidiana. Fortemente sconsiglio di effettuare acquisti di Lenovo se non volete avere i problemi pagati con i vostri soldi!
Bad service! I bought a Lenovo tablet which stopped working after 4 hours. Your operator convinced me that it is better to replace the product by saying that it takes about 7 working days. Much longer has passed and I only receive emails that you are trying to solve my case .... In any serious company, replacing and returning a product is a daily procedure. I strongly advise against making Lenovo purchases if you don't want to have the problems paid for with your money!

La compensazione proposta è ridicola e sfiora la truffa. Diffidare da lenovo italia
Ínfimo service. After sending the computer for service twice for the same problem I am told that it has been lost.

I sent my laptop in for service for a little noise, which turned out to be a problem with the fan, and they returned it to me with a broken corner. No response to my reports and complaints, if you do not continue referrals.
Result: I have to keep the broken laptop
