★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio seriamente fatica a concepire la recensione della signora che con tanta fermezza sminuisce il liceo classico. Nessuna delle argomentazioni da lei usate credo possa essere considerata di una qualche validità, per il semplice fatto che i licei, a differenza degli istituti professionali e tecnici, hanno il preciso fine di formare la classe dirigente di domani: ne conviene che se “dessero compiti facili” ,0per citarla, persino un analfabeta potrebbe uscire da un liceo. Non mi è dato sapere se lei scrive da genitore o da studente, ma in entrambi i casi ciò che dice assume più le tinte di un lamento che di una recensione. Il greco e il latino non sono facili, e anche se paradossalmente potrebbe sembrare inutile conoscere queste materie, le posso assicurare che se in futuro suo figlio/a, o lei stessa magari, dovesse trovarsi a dover studiare per ore e ore senza sosta, la cosa non le peserà grazie al liceo classico. Nessuno ha detto che è facile, e non è una cosa per tutti. Se seriamente lei ha presente soggetti che sono finiti in analisi perché incapaci di tradurre Cesare o Senofonte allora credo sia il caso di cambiare il loro indirizzo più che cercare di cambiare i metodi di un sistema che crea cittadini completi da sempre.
I seriously struggle to conceive the review of the lady who with such firmness belittles the classical high school. None of the arguments used by her I think can be considered of any validity, for the simple fact that high schools, unlike professional and technical institutes, have the precise purpose of forming the ruling class of tomorrow: it is appropriate that if they "gave tasks easy ”, 0 to quote her, even an illiterate person could get out of high school. I don't know if she writes as a parent or a student, but in both cases what she says takes on the hue of a complaint rather than a review. Greek and Latin are not easy, and although paradoxically it may seem useless to know these subjects, I can assure you that if in the future your son / daughter, or perhaps yourself, were to have to study for hours and hours without stopping, the what will not weigh them thanks to the classical high school. Nobody said it's easy, and it's not for everyone. If you seriously have subjects who have ended up in analysis because unable to translate Caesar or Xenophon then I think it is appropriate to change their address rather than trying to change the methods of a system that has always created complete citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non toccherebbe a me parlarne bene, perché ci lavoro come insegnante, ma penso che gli studenti vengano seguiti adeguatamente e che venga data loro una buona preparazione in vista di un futuro percorso universitario. Oltre a questo, che già di per sé sarebbe importante, l'ambiente è accogliente e favorevole alla socialità. Gli studenti hanno modo di crescere, studiare insieme e fare molte altre attività proposte dalla scuola.
It would not be up to me to speak well of it, because I work there as a teacher, but I think that the students are adequately followed and that they are given a good preparation in view of a future university career. In addition to this, which in itself would be important, the environment is welcoming and conducive to sociability. Students have the opportunity to grow, study together and do many other activities proposed by the school.
