★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ad questo posto per fare ritocco gel, fuori c'era il prezzo da 48 e per il ritocco, ma solo dopo farlo mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare 60 euro, la scusa era che io no era fatto la manicure precedente da loro. Le mie unghie erano ancora bellissime avevo solo 25gg dalla ultima manicure. Mi sono sentita fregata da 12 euro. Ok. No sono tanti soldi, ma per me quello che conta é la onestà. Per cui no ci tornerò.
 I went to this place to make gel retouching, there was a price of 48 outside and for retouching, but only after doing it they told me that I had to pay 60 euros, the excuse was that I had not had the previous manicure done by them. My nails were still beautiful, I was only 25 days from the last manicure. I felt like a 12 euro frigate. Ok. No, it's a lot of money, but for me what matters is honesty. So no, I'll come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissime: le unghie sono sempre perfette, lo smalto semi permanente messo da loro è steso molto bene e molto durevole. Cercano di accontentare sempre tutti gli sfizi artistici che mi saltano in testa. Non dò 5 stelle perché l’ambiente è solo discreto, non eccezionale e gli appuntamenti potrebbero essere più precisi.
Very good: the nails are always perfect, the semi-permanent polish applied by them is very well applied and very durable. They always try to satisfy all the artistic whims that jump into my head. I don't give 5 stars because the environment is only discreet, not exceptional and the appointments could be more precise.

The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and the hygiene of the tools used are truly impeccable. I have been attending Stella's salon for years now and have always found a welcoming environment available to listen to different needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is only getting two stars instead of one because the manicure was thorough and the hand massage in the end was nice.
The lady who was in charge was very unprofessional not just rude but also wanting to charge extra (on an already expensive job) for everything. Her online prices didn’t match the prices she was quoting to us. She said that the french manicure would have been more expensive for me (than the online price) because I have thick nails tips? Also wanted to charge extra 10€ for wanting to use 4 different colours of gel polish no nail art included (I’ve never been charged extra for this, am I paying her for the physical labour of opening 3 extra bottles?) When it came to paying I was asked to pay 10€ extra when I said the price was wrong I was rudely interrupted and was told I’m wrong. She then proceeded to pull out a calculator and to her surprise I was right but of course there was no apology..
Safe to say I ended up getting the simplest plain nails to get out of there as fast as possible, would absolutely not recommend!
