 They don't have the slightest bit of kindness. They respond poorly to any request. They are fast but not detail-oriented. The salon is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Evitate questo posto. Ho chiamato per disdire un appuntamento e mi hanno aggredito dicendomi "non dire ca**ate" e mi hanno riattaccato il telefono in faccia. Non si parla così ad un cliente che è stato pure gentile a disdire un appuntamento 4 giorni prima per motivi di lavoro.
Bad. Avoid this place. I called to cancel an appointment and they attacked me saying "don't say shit" and hung up the phone in my face. This is not the case with a customer who was also kind to cancel an appointment 4 days before for work reasons.
