Mi sono stati consigliati da un amico e la prima volta sono intervenuti perché non si apriva più la porta blindata di casa e non riusciva a entrare. Sono venuti anche se era sabato, hanno levato la vecchia serratura rotta così da farci entrare, mettendone una momentanea. Poi hanno montato quella definitiva, di sicurezza che funziona benissimo ed è anche curata nell’estetica. In un’altra occasione, avevo bisogno di spendere il meno possibile e mi hanno trovato una soluzione che faceva al caso mio. Il personale è competente, simpatico (che non guasta) e soprattutto fidato che di questi tempi ha un valore inestimabile. Ho presentato la ditta Fusaglia anche al mio amministratore di condominio e sono stati scelti per le garanzie che offrivano, per la storicità e per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Andrea e Luca, i titolari, sono sempre molto attenti alle esigenze e ci hanno sempre consigliato la soluzione più adatta, da una semplice riparazione artigianale (fatta ad opera d’arte) alla serratura elettronica più all’avanguardia. Quando alcune volte si sono verificati problemi sul portone sono intervenuti il giorno stesso. Consiglio di fare un salto in negozio, è una chicca, un’antica bottega storica nel centro di Milano che all’interno ha tutto, dalla semplice chiave con lucchetto alla cassaforte più tecnologica. The staff is competent, nice (which doesn't hurt) and above all trustworthy which these days has an inestimable value. I also introduced the Fusaglia company to my condominium administrator and they were chosen for the guarantees they offered, for their historicity and for the excellent quality / price ratio. Andrea and Luca, the owners, are always very attentive to needs and have always recommended the most suitable solution, from a simple handcrafted repair (made by art) to the most advanced electronic lock. When problems occurred on the door a few times, they intervened the same day. I recommend visiting the shop, it's a gem, an old historic shop in the center of Milan that has everything inside, from a simple key with padlock to the most technological safe.
