Veramente un furto. Non capisco come questa ferramenta possa essere ancora avere clienti. Incredibile!!!! Cercano di fare i gentili coi clienti che poi vogliono solo spellare vivi con richieste di cifre astronomiche che si inventano lì per lì al momento, senza mostrare neanche un listino. Pensano di essere i soli ad avere certi prodotti, ma fanno solo venire voglia di ricorrere agli acquisti online. Da dimenticare. I will never set foot in this place again. Gli addetti alla vendita ti seguono nell'acquisto, comunicando dei prezzi che poi il titolare smentisce in cassa gonfiandoli!!! Veramente vergognoso! I prezzi vanno esposti!!!! Sconsiglio vivamente un acquisto in questo ferramenta a meno che non incomincino a "coccolare" il cliente! Poi ci si chiede perché centri come Leroy Merlin riescono a crescere a dismisura!!! Dopo essere tornato per prendere quello corretto, mi è stato detto che c’era un sovrapprezzo di 2€. Non avendo contanti ho chiesto di pagare con la carta e, dopo aver insistito, mi è stato detto che l’importo era troppo basso per pagare con pos. Ho fatto notare che l’errore non era mio e che non potevo prelevare ma da parte loro non ho nemmeno ricevuto ascolto. Ho dovuto fare una corsa di 20 min per poter prelevare e ritirare il pezzo. Mi dispiace perché altri dipendenti sono molto simpatici e disponibili, ma questa storia che non si può pagare con il pos( per non pagare 20 cent di commissione) deve finire. PS: i 2€ Di sovrapprezzo non erano dovuti, dopo varie giustificazioni, stanco di parlare del nulla con questi signori, ho accettato di pagare e offrire il caffè a entrambi. Miserabili. Ero da tempo alla ricerca di alcuni accessori per il bagno per sostituire i miei danneggiati e qualche giorno fa ci sono entrata, dietro consiglio di una persona che conosceva questo negozio. Mi si è aperto un mondo! Da fuori è inimmaginabile l’estensione di questo negozio e nemmeno la quantità di merce in vendita. Ma quello che più ho apprezzato è la competenza e la professionalità di tutto il personale. Ti senti seguito, ben consigliato e sicuro nei tuoi acquisti. Certo, non ci andrei se fossi alla ricerca di qualcosa che so di poter trovare nei grandi magazzini di ferramenta, anche perché quasi sicuramente, qui lo troverei ad un prezzo più basso. Ma se, come nel mio caso, sono mesi che giri a vuoto, il mio consiglio è di andare da Spinardi a provare a vedere se loro ce l’hanno. Mentre stavano servendo me, ho sentito altri clienti molto soddisfatti che ringraziavano per l’aiuto ricevuto e soprattutto per aver trovato il pezzo che stavano cercando e che permetteva loro di contenere le spesa totale in quanto, senza quel pezzo, avrebbero dovuto cambiare tutto l’oggetto a cui il pezzo appartiene.
