Sono tornata per la seconda volta in questo salone. Mi trovo benissimo, la titolare è molto gentile e davvero brava. Usano prodotti di altissima qualità e l'ambiente è pulito, nel rispetto di tutte le normative Covid. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Went to this salon 2 times. 1st time i had a toner on my blonde hair. I went there because they are using Davines products and i wanted 1 of their toners. It was ok. The color came out little uneven, because they didn’t brush out my hair, but it was ok. 2nd time i went to color my grown out roots. I have a level 7 natural color, which is called light brown/dark blonde, and i lighten it for the past 6 months with super highlighters. Its a color that lightens 3-4 tones without using bleach. The young, dark hair girl that did my hair was working in a weird way, like no professional that i have seen (and i have seen many really good professionals around the world). Hair sections were way too big, diagonal, instead of horizontal and she didn’t touch my top part till the very end, when she almost finished the color that she had, resulting in the very top, most seen part, receiving barely any product and having shorter processing time. Total processing time was 40-45 minutes, while this type of hair coloring needs at least 50min, ideally 60min. Needless to say the roots came out orange! Something i have never had in my whole life! They washed my hair with a bunch of purple shampoo, trying to hide that, cuz purple shampoo neutralizes the yellow-orange tones, but it was still obvious, that my roots are not enough colored. They later tried to blame it on the fact that its a different brand than i use, but the problem really was a bad sectioning, not enough product and not enough processing time. I was super disappointed in the result, they didn’t offer to fix it or anything. And, like its not enough, they also made me pay 15 euro for simply blowing some air at my wet hair. I was going to have a haircut in another salon same day, so i asked to have no styling, no products, no nothing. You usually pay 15 euros to have your hair blow dried and styled, with some oils and stuff, i simply had a bit of wind from hair drier, just to not leave the place with wet hair, not even brushed my hair. This place is a real disappointment and people working there don’t seem to be good at their job, just getting your money and not caring about customer anymore.
