Friendly personnel, but this has been the very first time when the manicure hurt so much during and after the procedure. The cuticles were cut too much, even leaving a few small wounds around the nail. Not only that, the nails were filed incorrectly, causing the tips to be ragged. Maybe just a bad day for them, but I am disappointed. There are places with better quality for the same price

I had been using their service since the last year and used to be always satisfied. But last two manicures left me to never go there again. Especially the last time I did the french design and the shapes were so unprofessional. Seemed like I did at home by myself, not to mention about the duration; after 3 days manicure were removed and I contacted them to repair damaged nails, and the girl who did, told me that the french design was impossible and put different colour of manicure which seemed the same colour under the white light. WORSEN service ever!

I've been a client since 2019, regularly coming back for my mani and pedi (and trying out brow and lashes treatments as well). It is not only the best salon in Milan, but it is BETTER than the salons in Moscow, which is basically the unofficial beauty capital :D :D

Only very few therapists speak Italian or English which makes it very difficult to communicate. The Managment is rude, the service expensive and poor. There are definitely better services in Milano for these prices.

After trying different russian salons in Milan, I can confirm that Ministry of Nails is the best place one can choose to do the manicure ?? Yes, it’s more expensive than the majority of places but it’s worth every penny! Love yourself, treat yourself, go to Ministry of Nails!

I am giving 3* for the excellent quality of manicure and nail polish application. If it wasn’t for this, I would have given 1* for everything else and I wouldn’t have returned back (and I’m still contemplating whether to come again due to the quality of everything else apart from the manicure itself). ✔️The place is quite recent, but extremely small and worn out. Clients are literally jammed inside, the furniture has clear signs of wear and tear. The brow station is in very close proximity to the other table and you literally have to squeeze between them if you want to use the bathroom! ✔️Cleanliness leaves somewhat to be desired, there is a lot of dust coming from all the nail filing being done, and instead of a Dyson or at least a traditional Hoover they use simple brooms to clean which lacks sterility and leaves a lot of residual dust, unacceptable to allergic people. ✔️Personnel is polite at best, not friendly, not even comparable to what you get at Italian places in Milan. The salon’s owner/manager came during the busy hours of the day with a dog that jumped around and barked. The dog is lovely — no doubt about that — but it was a completely unnecessary and uncomfortable appearance in an already crowded place. No one ever asked if the dog was ok, whether there were any clients with allergies. It was simply taken for granted. At some point I became really worried about the dog, as he was lying under the stairs and I was afraid someone would eventually step on him ? as there was literally no space to put a foot nearby. At some point the same person approached me while my manicure was being done and started filming my nails on camera not only without asking for permission — but without even saying “Hi” first!! I was shocked by this lack of communication skill and emotional competence. ✔️Finally, it is very noisy — not just due to the size of the place and it being crowded, but also because no one is asked to mute their phones while inside! The receptionist’s phone is always at sound “on” with clients whatsapping and calling every minute. And the sounds is REALLY loud. Clients talking, whatsapping, watching tiktok videos with sound on etc etc. It was very far from the “relaxing” experience they promise, more like walking in the midst of a chaotic Istanbul market at daytime. All in all, this is NOT the level of service I would expect at this price point (55€ for manicure, €95 for pedicure). I really hope you improve so I can become a repeat client.
