E	Elio Fumagalli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto di persona il dottore Bergamini .uomo eccezionale come ce ne sono rimasti pochi vero professionista da quel che fa e che dice .mi sono sottoposto ad intervento agli occhi .lente intraoculare .dx sx .avevo miopia - 21 occhio Dex meno 24 occhio sx con astigmatismo al massimo .lenti da fondo di bottiglia .ma belli grossi .ora ho otto decimi sx nove il dx senza occhiali con gli occhiali che non si nota neanche la lente nove e nove per occhio .fa sette decimi che avevo con tutte e due gli occhi con occhiale a binocolo ora ho diciotto decimi con tutte e due .astigmatismo quasi zero .grazie di cuore mi ha ridato la una seconda vita .in complimenti anche al suo staff eccezionali per cortesia professionale.e altro nel loro campo secondo me i migliori in Italia . I met Doctor Bergamini personally. Exceptional man as there are few true professionals from what he does and says. I underwent eye surgery .inocular lens .dx left. Had myopia - 21 Dex eye minus 24 left eye with astigmatism at most. bottleneck lenses .but beautiful big. now i have eight tenths left nine the right without glasses with glasses that you don't even notice the lens nine and nine per eye .f seven tenths that i had with both eyes with binoculars now I have eighteen tenths with both. almost zero astigmatism. heartfelt has given me back a second life. compliments also to his exceptional staff for professional courtesy and other in their field in my opinion the best in Italy .

Mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno ogni passaggio dell'operazione, dagli esami per operatori al post intervento e non con termini incomprensibili. In sostanza, un medico da 10 e lode che ormai non si trovano più. Doctor very good and attentive to the needs of the patient. Bergamini da decenni, a circa 6 anni dall'ultima visita e avendo smarrito il mio archivio personale, chiedo via email di poter avere lo storico delle mie prescrizioni passate. Non ricevendo risposta chiamo in studio e un'assistente mi dice che mi avevano risposto (non ho ricevuto nulla) scrivendo che la mia cartella non è disponibile perché è in ospedale (Quale??? E perché mai in ospedale dal momento che facevo visite private???). Abbozza che avrebbero ricontrollato, mi richiama e mi dice che non hanno più nulla perché è passato troppo tempo (meno di 6 anni). Vergognose la mancanza di professionalità e le "balle" oltretutto mal raccontate. Da notare che nel 2013 una visita oculistica costava già quasi 200 euro... Una paziente in meno. Patient of dr. Shameful the lack of professionalism and the "bales" moreover badly told. Note that in 2013 an eye examination already cost almost 200 euros ... One less patient.

Arrivo alle 18.10 e le assistenti prendono nota del mio arrivo e mi fanno accomodare in una sala piena di persone senza nessun avviso particolare. Alle 18.40 avviso che alle 19 sarei dovuto andare via per un apputamento che avevo alle 20 e le assistenti parlano con il dottore e mi dicono, senza scusarsi di quanto avevo gia atteso sena notizia alcuna, che in massimo 5 minuti il dottor Bergamini mi avrebbe visitato; alle 18.58 decido di andarmene visto che non ero ancora statao chiamato per la visita. Mi Chiedo chi dia il diritto a certi dottori maleducati ed irrispettosi di non scusarsi e non preavvisare di eventuali ritardi, che ovvio possono succedere, ma l' educazione e la correttezza ed il rispetto pretendono un' informativa completa per il cliente/paziente e non solo considerarlo una mucca da mungere. Veramente un cafone Appointment for a paid check-up and fixed no earlier than 3 weeks at 6.20 pm on November 6th. Bergamini che vale indipendentemente dal mio parere. Mi limito a valutare in modo veramente positivo il clima di fiducia e di tranquillità che ho trovato nelle sue cure I hate ignorant patients who review doctors. Avevo fretta di fare alcuni esami di controllo e ho seguito il consiglio dell'oculista che mi aveva precedentemente visitata. Non ho gradito però che mi sia stato aggiunto un esame in più - immagino necessario - senza avvertirmi prima, visti i costi considerevoli accumulati. Sinceramente avrei preferito esserne informata. I found professionalism and attention. I was in a hurry to do some checkups and I followed the advice of the ophthalmologist who had previously visited me.
