Dovendo portare una persona in auto hanno un parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo. Molto comodo. Formalità rapide alla reception nonostante il periodo non facile con le procedure Covid obbligatorie da seguire. I went to this center for an eye examination a few days ago and my experience was great. Brand new clinic. If you have to bring a person by car, they have public parking very close. Very comfortable. Quick formalities at the reception despite the difficult period with the mandatory Covid procedures to follow.

La dottoressa si è dimostrata professionale e accurata! Finalmente sono tornato a vedere bene i colori! Fantastic clinic. I was followed by doctor Mansutti. I was nearsighted and now I am no longer. La Signorina che non era in grado di rispondere alle mie semplici domande mi ha chiesto telefono e email per poi essere contattata dal responsabile. Dopo un mese nessuna mi ha più contattato. Vi ringrazio molto però perché ho eseguito l’intervento in un altro centro sempre a Milano ed è andato tutto benissimo. Little organized, called to have information on refractive surgery which I wanted to undergo due to a myopia defect. The young lady who was unable to answer my simple questions asked me for my phone and email and was then contacted by the manager. After a month, no one contacted me again. Thank you very much, however, because I performed the surgery in another center also in Milan and everything went very well.
O	Omnar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato alla clinica Blue Eye la prima volta a fine Febbraio per effettuare degli esami in previsione di un possibile intervento per correggere la miopia. Ero prevenuto e arrabbiato a causa dell'impossibilità (dei giorni precedenti) di prenotazione per un primo appuntamento, solo grazie all'intervento del Dottore ci sono riuscito. Una volta arrivato, sono stato ricevuto dalla signora Antonella, la quale ha accolto le mie lamentele con notevole e lodevole professionalità e dolcezza, fornendomi le adeguate spiegazioni. Successivamente,preoccupato e ansioso sono tornato per l'intervento, fortunatamente ho trovato la stessa signora (Antonella) la quale ha preparato tutti i documenti necessari per procedere all'intervento e per l'assicurazione in maniera precisa e veloce ( rassucurandomi ) Se penso al mio primo giudizio avrei messo una stella per la difficoltà nel riuscire a prenotare, ma grazie al Dottore che mi ha seguito in tutto il mio percorso è grazie alla signora che mi ha seguito per la documentazione e mi ha rassicurato il mio giudizio è di 5 stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare di più. Il posto è bello, pulitissimo e il personale dai Dottori alle impiegate è eccellente. Once I arrived, I was received by Signora Antonella, who accepted my complaints with remarkable and commendable professionalism and gentleness, providing me with adequate explanations. Subsequently, worried and anxious, I returned for the surgery, fortunately I found the same lady (Antonella) who prepared all the necessary documents to proceed with the surgery and for the insurance in a precise and fast way (reassuring myself) If I think about my first judgment I would have put a star for the difficulty in being able to book, but thanks to the Doctor who followed me throughout my journey and thanks to the lady who followed me for the documentation and reassured me my opinion is 5 stars only because you can't give more. The place is beautiful, very clean and the staff from doctors to employees is excellent. I recommend in case you need to go to the Blue Eye clinic

Unico inconveniente: ho fatto stamattina una visita di controllo e mi é stato chiesto di pagarla (120€) nonostante al telefono mi fosse stato detto, al momento della prenotazione, che fosse gratuita. Al desk la persona che mi ha chiesto di pagare la visita ha anche detto che il controllo é gratuito fino a tre mesi dopo l’intervento, ma i miei tre mesi finiscono il 28 febbraio, oggi é 25. Ha insistito perché pagassi e ho pagato perché andavo di fretta, ma sono rimasta totalmente senza parole perché ero convinta fosse una clinica meglio organizzata. Vista l’erronea comunicazione datami in fase di prenotazione e la poca chiarezza all’atto del pagamento, mi aspetterei un rimborso.
