Ci siamo lasciati ispirare dal menu fisso del giorno ad un prezzo più che abbordabile in più abbiamo scelto qualche altra pietanza tipica locale e siamo arrivati a malapena a 50€ di conto in 2. We honestly had a really good lunch. We were inspired by the fixed menu of the day at a more than affordable price plus we chose some other typical local dish and we barely got a 50 € bill for 2.

Il cibo è davvero ottimo, dagli antipasti ai dolci la scelta non è mai sbagliata inoltre tutti i piatti sono molto curati perché anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte. Insomma la qualità è di alto livello e vi è un ottimo rapporto con i prezzi. Il personale è davvero cortese e gentile. Consigliatissimo Very nice and rustic place. Ai piedi del borgo di caiazzo, agriturismo dai costi contenuti, location suggestiva con una vetrata che affaccia tra le montagne. Carina l idea di sala fumatori su panchine in pallet . Insomma non è uno stellato ma ci tornei volentieri. Without deceit without praise but a very pleasant lunch. At the foot of the village of caiazzo, a low-cost farmhouse, a suggestive location with a window overlooking the mountains. Nice idea of a smoking room on pallet benches. Ora capisco perché abbiamo trovato posto all'ultimo minuto quando invece altri ristoranti erano già pieni da 10gg. Questa unica stella viene dalla totale incompetenza nel cucinare e dalla scelta di un menù così misero, non si possono portare pietanze così a tavola e non chiedersi perché i piatti tornassero quasi pieni in cucina. Un antipasto scarnito; primo piatto (la bolognese) sciapito, stracotto e "brodoso", come secondo piatto il brasato di maiale più patate amare per le eccessive spezie e... dulcis in fundo: torta con crema chantilly ma in realtà era un panettone devo con zabaglione al centro e polvere di cacao al top. Comunque, tranne gli antipasti, abbiamo lasciato tutto il resto, per chiusura o ci avrebbero offerto l'amaro della casa (e non voglio neanche immaginare cosa sarebbe arrivato a tavola) o altrimenti era tutto a extra-pagamento, neanche un caffè. Neanche al dopolavoro ferroviario fanno un menù così scabrosi, se avessimo pagato 10 euro vabè, l'avrei capito, ma a 30 euro è stata una truffa anche se fosse stato tutto buono. A mai più ? This one star comes from the total incompetence in cooking and from the choice of such a poor menu, you cannot bring such dishes to the table and not wonder why the dishes returned almost full in the kitchen. A meager appetizer; first course (the Bolognese) crumbly, overcooked and "brodoso", as a second course the braised pork plus bitter potatoes for the excessive spices and ... last but not least: cake with Chantilly cream but in reality it was a panettone with zabaglione al center and cocoa powder on top. Anyway, except for the appetizers, we left everything else, for closing or they would have offered us the bitter of the house (and I don't even want to imagine what would have arrived at the table) or otherwise it was all extra-paid, not even a coffee. Even at the railway post-work they don't make such a gory menu, if we had paid 10 euros, okay, I would have understood it, but at 30 euros it was a scam even if it was all good. A never again ?
