Le interiora del bovino vengono esaltate da cotture esemplari e fedeli alle ricette antiche con salse e sughetti che completano i piatti.

Scoperto grazie al collega Stefano. Mi sono trasferito a Firenze e ho provato di tutto, ma loro sono avanti.
Ho scoperto anche il loro Panino alla Lingua, un panino prezioso, defficile da trovare da altre parti.
E lo staff è insuperabile.

Very nice dealer.
There is no bathroom.
There are tables and chairs outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Street food in an area far away from town? Always an excellent experience. This is what I came to Italy for; sampling a nonna's cooking at affordable prices yet satisfying. Only locals swarming this food stall (except me)... but the walk to a non-touristic place was worth it.
