★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a lampredotto fan, don't come to firenze with some anti offal idea, cause lampredotto is just that. I prefer a combo of the green and red salsa. If you don't have fear of eating organ meat try it.
I'bandito is a great late night spot get your drinks and some food too usually busy with locals for good reason. Reasonable prices too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why go anywhere else but here? AMAZING Sandwiches (ingredients come fresh, I saw it!) and beer from the bottle. I would take sitting by the river in a plastic chair and eating a Bob Dalton (these boys know how to cook!) over overpriced Bistecca alla fiorentina any time.
Even suitable for vegetarians!
