★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food. Funny owner. I had to go one more time on my last day of Florence trip because I could not find a better tasting lampredotto elsewhere!! There is bus directly take you to his booth from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station.

It's super out of the way (45 min walk from around historic center) along pretty busy highways and run down neighbourhoods.
The food more than made up for the food. The guys who work here are super fun and helpful. Lots of locals here. Pay after eating.
They ran out of bread by the time we got there for 2pm. We got the bowls of lampredotto and it was the best thing ever in my mouth. Spicy cuts through thr grease of the meat. Seasoning was fantastic.
My only regret is I can't find this anywhere now and I'll miss it until I return to Florence.
