Today I had the honor and the pleasure of dining at the SCUDERIE DEL CASTELLO DI GOVONE! A UNIQUE place! The very high professionalism of this place is impressive! From the sommelier Fabrizio to the two chefs! I have shot a lot of clubs of the highest level, even three stars, but I assure you that the professionalism of the Stables is hard to match! COMPLIMENTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was not great - items were fishy, raw and possibly requiring a very different pallet than mine (although I eat sushi at least once per week). Modern and not well executed.
For my tastes, a well rated Michelin or Relais & Chateau rated establishment would be best.
Poor service and no view although it’s atop a nice mountain.

We had a great evening.
The welcome is warm, the dining room is spacious and the service is impeccable!
We opted for the sea menu and were wonderfully surprised by the combination of tastes.
If you are not from the area, I strongly advise you that taste the local wines, they are delicious!
We will gladly come back if we return to Govone. Thank you!
