★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years, I have wondered what I would experience should I ever have the opportunity to have a pizza in Italy. La Rosa Blu answered that call, by delivering one of the greatest pizzas I have ever tasted in my life.
But first, the venue: located in the heart of San Martino Alfieri, it is surrounded by a heart of true Italian culture that one can expect. The drive to the Restaurant takes you past a beautiful scenic route that is worth the trek from Turin towards the Italian countryside that only Piemonte can provide. Although a small venue, it’s cozy and wonderful, which gives it its beautiful character. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The food…… wow. Packed with flavor and massive in size, one cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. As before mentioned: one of the best pizzas I have eaten. Ever!
Should you find yourself in the area, do not even stop to think about it: go straight to La Rosa Blu, order yourself a pizza and get a glass of a local Piemonte wine. You will not regret it
