Inoltre abbiamo dovuto ricordarlo noi il nostro tavolo, altrimenti la nostra ordinazione era dimenticata.
Ma la cosa pessima è stata la scusa che c'era un tavolo prima di noi con tante pizze...imbarazzante. Meglio essere sinceri e dire che avevano fatto errore con la comanda, può succedere...e soprattutto potevano farci lo sconto visto l'accaduto.
Ottima la pizza...servizio pessimo.
We arrived at 7.30pm ... ordered at 7.40pm and pizzas arrived at 8.45pm ... it doesn't exist.
We also had to remind ourselves of our table, otherwise our order was forgotten.
But the bad thing was the excuse that there was a table before us with so many pizzas ... embarrassing. Better to be honest and say that they made a mistake with the order, it can happen ... and above all they could give us the discount given what happened.
Great pizza ... bad service.
