C	Cleole Schirato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale raffinato, ci siamo recati nel locale ieri sera poiché eravamo alla ricerca di un ottimo ristorante che garantisse pesce fresco,siamo rimasti estasiati x la location del ristorante ubicato un una posizione strategica appena entrati ci ha accolto in maniera molto professionale il personale,ma la chicca sta nel menu che offriva delle pietanze gustose.la nostra scelta è stata risotto agli agrumi e gnocchi al ragù di calamaro,mazzancolla con menta fresca,carta dei vini fornita un plauso allo chef.consigliatissimo Refined restaurant, we went to the restaurant last night because we were looking for an excellent restaurant that guaranteed fresh fish, we were delighted x the location of the restaurant located in a strategic position as soon as we entered the staff welcomed us in a very professional way, but the gem is in the menu that offered tasty dishes. our choice was risotto with citrus fruits and gnocchi with squid ragu, shrimp with fresh mint, wine list applauded to the chef.

Primo insapore (gnocchetti ragù D’Agnello e arancia) poggiati li tutti gli ingredienti,( tagliolini al cabernet) senza condimento solo acqua di cottura e vino, tagliata misera e fredda per non parlare dell’agnello con panatura ai semi di sesamo e papavero che non c’erano ma soprattutto la panatura solo olio, e il filetto con riduzione di cabernet troppo cotto e tagliato malissimo! La giustificazione è stata la lontananza della cucina e lo chef che era solo!!! Serata da dimenticare! È stato tolto tutto dal conto... ma non abbiamo mangiato!!! È stata una serata straordinaria da entrambi i punti di vista, le tre portate di mare servite (strudel con salmone e porcini, gnocchetti, vongole, scorfano e pesto con il branzino sfilettato con patate, hanno deliziato il palato in maniera assoluta, così come lo spettacolo musicale ha deliziato le orecchie e la vista. Un'esperienza sopraffina da ogni punto di vista. Consigliatissimo! SOPRAFFINO LEVEL On the occasion of a weekend in Fiuggi, thanks to social media, I had dinner in this restaurant, which proposed for the evening in the external location of Villa Igea, a fixed price menu and show of Brazilian and burlesque music for only 35 €. It was an extraordinary evening from both points of view, the three seafood courses served (strudel with salmon and porcini mushrooms, dumplings, clams, scorpion fish and pesto with fillet of sea bass with potatoes, absolutely delighted the palate, as well as the musical show has delighted the ears and the view, an excellent experience from every point of view.
