Torneremo sicuramente quando verremo da queste parti. All really great ... abundant and above all fresh appetizers, exquisite first courses and the meat is delicious. Ottimo servizio, rapido ed efficiente. Cortesia e gentilezza non mancano mai. Menù soddisfacente, come la carta dei vini, sfiziosi gli antipasti. Tris di ricottine accompagnate da confettura e miele con granella di pistacchio, tartufo e noci molto buone, tagliere di porchetta abbondante, involtini di speck caldi molto gustosi. Pane bianco, integrale e pizza buoni. Pappardelle al capriolo buonissime anche se il ragù è leggermente salato, pici al tartufo altrettanto buoni. Tagliata tenera ed abbondante. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Tre antipasti, due primi, un secondo, due bottiglie di romanella, un acqua, un dolce, due caffè e due amari 90€. La qualità dei piatti è molto buona, si può apprezzare anche la genuinità delle materie prime. Piatto forte, per quello che abbiamo assaggiato: la pasta fatta in casa. Satisfactory menu, like the wine list, delicious appetizers. Trio of ricottine accompanied by jam and honey with chopped pistachios, truffles and very good walnuts, plentiful pork chopping board, very tasty hot speck rolls. Good white bread, wholemeal and pizza. Pappardelle with venison very good even if the meat sauce is slightly salty, pici with truffles just as good. Tender and abundant cut. Good value for money. Three appetizers, two first courses, one second course, two bottles of Romanella, one water, one dessert, two coffees and two bitters 90 €. The quality of the dishes is very good, you can also appreciate the authenticity of the raw materials. Strong dish, for what we tasted: homemade pasta.

Entrando ho percepito un clima sereno, colori tenui, musica a basso volume che consente dialogo e luci non troppo aggressive. Sono stato servito in tempi brevi e con cortesia affidandomi un po’ ai consigli del personale . Devo ammettere che i primi sono davvero prelibati, ma l’aggettivo che più si addice agli stessi è “ricercati”. Per secondo ho assaggiato un hamburger rigorosamente al sangue ed anche questo aveva un gusto qualitativo. Al contorno ho preferito la “parmigianella” e devo ammettere .. una delle più succulenti che abbia mai mangiato . Le aspettative sono state confermate dai sapori . Senza dubbio cinque stelle ed il desiderio di tornarci per assaggiare altre “coccole di grano”. So .. I entered this restaurant on the advice of a dear friend. Upon entering I perceived a serene atmosphere, soft colors, low volume music that allows dialogue and not too aggressive lights. I was served quickly and with courtesy, relying a little on the advice of the staff. I must admit that the former are really delicious, but the adjective that best suits them is "sought after". Secondly, I tasted a strictly rare hamburger and this too had a qualitative taste. As a side dish I preferred the "parmigianella" and I must admit .. one of the most succulent I have ever eaten. The expectations were confirmed by the flavors. Without a doubt five stars and the desire to come back to taste other "wheat pampering".

Abbiamo preso il tagliere con salumi e formaggi, le patatine fritte, il tris di ricottine, tris di bruschette, fagioli con le cotiche, vino bianco della casa, birra, caffè e biscottini. Tutto squisito! Le cose più buone sono state: le ricottine (erano una crema!), le patate fritte e il prosciutto crudo✈️ . La cameriera molto cordiale e disponibile. Se proprio voglio trovare delle pecche: il tartufo (sia nella ricotta che nella bruschetta) non sapeva assolutamente di niente, e non avevano il caffè decaffeinato. Nonostante queste piccolezze tutto ottimo, anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se torneremo a Fiuggi e dintorni sicuramente risceglieremo loro!! (Trovati grazie a TripAdvisor) Very good brunch. We took the platter with cold cuts and cheeses, fries, ricotta trio, bruschetta trio, beans with pork rinds, house white wine, beer, coffee and biscuits. All exquisite! The best things were: ricotta (they were a cream!), Fried potatoes and raw ham✈️. The waitress very friendly and helpful. If I really want to find some flaws: the truffle (both in the ricotta and in the bruschetta) tasted absolutely nothing, and they didn't have decaffeinated coffee. Despite these little things, everything is excellent, even the quality / price ratio. If we return to Fiuggi and its surroundings we will certainly choose them again !! (Found thanks to TripAdvisor)

M	Mich D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely restaurant. They were sold out for dinner, but let me stay and eat on the patio. Tried Fiuggi water for the first time. Enjoyed the meal and the server's hospitality - was very helpful with the menu with her limited English - so much better than my non-existent Italian. Wanted to try dessert, but I was full after the cannelloni!
