★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un posto bello dove tutto piace immediatamente. Il personale/proprieta' ha esaudito immediatamente le nostre esigenze e si è prodigio al fine di farci sentire a casa. Ottima la disposizione dell arredamento nella camera e finalmente un bellissimo televisore di fronte al lettone che sembra un ovvietà ma non lo è. Colazione sufficiente ma il personale ottimo. Comodo il garage al coperto x la moto. Località elegante.
Truly a beautiful place where anything like immediately. The staff / property immediately fulfilled our needs and was a prodigy in order to make us feel at home. Excellent arrangement of the furniture in the room and finally a beautiful TV in front of the Latvian that seems obvious but it is not. Sufficient breakfast but great staff. Comfortable indoor garage x the bike. Elegant location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo albergo per passare un periodo di relax a Fiuggi. Per 90€ una camera doppia per due notti con colazione inclusa non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Personale molto gentile, ingresso e patio molto belli, camere semplici (forse un po' troppo) e pulite. Peccato per la doccia molto piccola e per me, scomoda.
La nostra camera purtroppo aveva l'affaccio sul patio esterno, costringendoci per avere un po' di privacy di stare sempre con le tapparelle abbassate (e senza aria condizionata o ventilatore, non era proprio il massimo). Purtroppo il wifi non ha funzionato per l'intera durata del soggiorno e nonostante qualche sollecito non si è mai ripreso.
Colazione inclusa abbondante e completa. Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla gentilezza del personale, motivo per il quale do 5 stelle anche se per le cose elencate sarebbero dovute essere 4.
Excellent hotel to spend a relaxing time in Fiuggi. For 90 € a double room for two nights with breakfast included you couldn't ask for anything better. Very nice staff, very nice entrance and patio, simple (maybe a little too much) and clean rooms. Too bad for the very small shower and for me, uncomfortable.
Our room unfortunately overlooked the outdoor patio, forcing us to have some privacy to always stay with the blinds down (and without air conditioning or fan, it wasn't exactly the best). Unfortunately, the wifi did not work for the entire duration of the stay and despite some reminders it never recovered.
Plentiful and complete breakfast included. I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff, which is why I give 5 stars even if for the things listed it should have been 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà che abbiamo dormito nella parte vecchia ma, santo cielo, è rimasto tutto come 40 anni fa!!!! Anche la parte della sala colazioni!!! Do' un 4 stelle alle pietanze e 2 alla colazione. Niente di più!
Maybe we slept in the old part but, for God's sake, everything has remained the same as 40 years ago !!!! Even the part of the breakfast room !!! I give a 4 star to the dishes and 2 to the breakfast. Nothing more!

È stato un colpo di fulmine per l'accoglienza squisita e familiare che lo caratterizza.
Anche quest'anno nulla è stato smentito: soggiorno piacevole, personale gentile e disponibile; per non parlare poi della cucina varia e abbondante preparata dallo chef dell'albergo.
Inoltre segnalo la rinascita dell'antico ristorante "VIECCE A TROVA" con un menù ciociaro e di gradevole effetto nel giardino dell’hotel.
PROVARE PER CREDERE!!!!
I have been attending the Hotel delle Ortensie since 1976.
It was love at first sight for the exquisite and familiar welcome that characterizes it.
Again this year nothing has been denied: pleasant stay, kind and helpful staff; not to mention the varied and abundant cuisine prepared by the hotel's chef.
In addition, I would like to point out the rebirth of the ancient restaurant "VIECCE A TROVA" with a Ciociara menu with a pleasant effect in the hotel garden.
SEEING IS BELIEVING!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta a Fiuggi per un giro in bike.Già in fase di prenotazione la sig.ra Maria si è dimostrata squisita e competente; una volta in hotel ci ha accolto con familiarità cercando di risolvere con cortesia ogni richiesta presentata. Sistemazione ottima dal punto di vista del rapporto qualità/prezzo e della posizione. Colazione dolce ottima, quella salata non saprei.
First time in Fiuggi for a bike ride. Already in the booking phase, Mrs. Maria proved to be exquisite and competent; once in the hotel he welcomed us with familiarity, trying to resolve every request presented with courtesy. Excellent accommodation from the point of view of value for money and location. Excellent sweet breakfast, the salty one I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura, trovata per caso, ci è sembrata ottima. Camera, ristorante e colazione ma, quello che abbiamo maggiormente apprezzato, è stato il primo albergo che ha rispettato a pieno le misure igieniche e quelle dettate dalla normativa anti-covid. Complimenti. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
The structure, found by chance, seemed excellent to us. Room, restaurant and breakfast but, what we most appreciated, it was the first hotel that fully respected the hygiene measures and those dictated by the anti-covid legislation. Well done. Experience to be repeated for sure.
