β β β β β Abbiamo soggiornato a fine febbraio per mezzo di un pacchetto Smartbox che abbiamo integrato con un supplemento per avere una suite (2 adulti + 2 bambini). Ci siamo trovati molto bene: facilitΓ di prenotazione, estrema cortesia del personale tutto (reception, ristorante, centro benessere), prezzi onesti. La camera nella quale abbiamo soggiornato era grande, bella, pulita e completa di tutto. La colazione era abbondante. La hall Γ¨ molto bella e munita anche di un pianoforte. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante (menΓΉ fisso: 25 euro) e ci siamo trovati bene. Infine, abbiamo anche usufruito (extra) di un massaggio molto rilassante presso il centro benessere dell'hotel. L'hotel Γ¨ molto, molto, caldo. Pecche minori: la sala ristorante un po' disadorna, gli infissi esterni parzialmente scrostati. Fiuggi Γ¨ carina e l'abbiamo usata come base per visitare Alatri e Anagni (molto piΓΉ affascinanti).
 We stayed at the end of February through a Smartbox package that we integrated with a supplement to have a suite (2 adults + 2 children). We found ourselves very well: ease of booking, extreme courtesy of all staff (reception, restaurant, wellness center), fair prices. The room we stayed in was large, beautiful, clean and complete with everything. The breakfast was plentiful. The lobby is very nice and even equipped with a piano. We also had dinner in the restaurant (set menu: 25 euros) and enjoyed it. Finally, we also enjoyed (extra) a very relaxing massage at the hotel's spa. The hotel is very, very, warm. Minor flaws: the somewhat unadorned dining room, the partially peeling exterior fixtures. Fiuggi is nice and we used it as a base to visit Alatri and Anagni (much more fascinating).

β β β β β Sono appena tornata da un weekend in questo hotel con mia sorella e il mio cane. A volte si pensa che il lusso faccia riferimento alla bellezza delle finiture e sontuosita' degli ambienti. In questo caso il lusso Γ¨ il livello di estrema attenzione con il quale il personale accoglie i propri ospiti, bipedi e quadrupedi. Il mio cane non voleva stare da solo in camera, quindi rischiavo di perdere il percorso spa, nessun problema! Mi hanno fatto spostare l'orario al giorno dopo. CosΓ¬ sia io che Γ¨ mia sorella abbiamo potuto goderci la spa in solitaria! Un lusso unico. Infatti l'ingresso Γ¨ contigentatto perfettamente. Nella sala ristorante il cane non Γ¨ ammesso, il giorno dopo a colazione, nessun problema! ci hanno riservato una saletta solo per noi. Di tanti hotels visitati, di livello molto superiore, difficilmente ho trovato un trattamento migliore. Questa cura compensa perfettamente le pecche estetiche della struttura, che per caritΓ , ci sono, ma in questo caso premio l'umanitΓ . Bravi
I have just returned from a weekend in this hotel with my sister and my dog. Sometimes it is thought that luxury refers to the beauty of the finishes and sumptuousness of the environments. In this case, luxury is the level of extreme attention with which the staff welcomes their guests, bipeds and quadrupeds. My dog ββdidn't want to be alone in the room, so I risked losing the spa path, no problem! They made me change the time to the next day. So both my sister and I were able to enjoy the spa alone! A unique luxury. In fact, the entrance is perfectly contiguous. In the restaurant the dog is not allowed, the next day for breakfast, no problem! they have reserved a room just for us. Of the many hotels I visited, of a much higher standard, I hardly found a better treatment. This care perfectly compensates for the aesthetic flaws of the structure, which, for heaven's sake, there are, but in this case I reward humanity. Well done
