In particolare ultimamente ho provato la tartare da mangiare cruda, che sembra quasi salsiccia di Bra per quanto è buona. Il pollo marinato è tutto disossato e veloce da cucinare, è tenerissimo e saporito. Le costine marinate e la tagliata anch'essa marinata fanno venire l'acquolina in bocca. Anche gli spiedini, i rosticini, le salamelle e la salsiccia sono golosi. Comunque c'è grande varietà e tutto è molto invitante. Suggerisco di provare la tagliata marinata, da gustare al sangue, che resta il mio prodotto preferito per questa stagione. Il personale è cortese, attento, veloce e preparato. Non ho dovuto aspettare proprio perché erano in tanti a servire. Ho speso parecchio oggi ma sono uscita con tre sacchetti veramente strapieni... Mi sono lasciata tentare alla vista di quel ben di Dio... Altrimenti i prezzi al kg sono ragionevoli e la qualità superiore. In particular, lately I have tried the tartare to eat raw, which almost looks like Bra sausage for how good it is. The marinated chicken is all boned and quick to cook, it is very tender and tasty. The marinated spare ribs and the marinated steak are also mouth watering. Even the skewers, rosticini, salamelle and sausage are delicious. However, there is great variety and everything is very inviting. I suggest trying the marinated tagliata, to be tasted rare, which remains my favorite product for this season. The staff is courteous, attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait because there were so many serving. I spent a lot today but I went out with three really full bags ... I let myself be tempted at the sight of that good of God ... Otherwise the prices per kg are reasonable and the quality is superior.
