Io da quando li conosco acquisto la carne solo da loro! O la ritiro io nel punto vendita di Caponago oppure faccio l’ordine per telefono e me la consegnano comodamente a casa! Cosa volere di più ?! The Alfacarni guys are the essence of butchery 2.0 .. the care in the selection of meats, the skilful processing, the innovative packaging .. the sausages they produce .. the authenticity and an online service in step with the times! La prima volta sono andato e alcuni tipi di carne non le ho trovate perché mi è stato detto che dovevo prenotarle, la seconda volta ho prenotato, ho chiamato il giorno prima per assicurami che fosse tutto a posto e mi è stato confermato. Il giorno dopo sono andato a ritirare il mio ordine e mancavano delle cose, quando l'ho fatto notare, mi è stato detto che le avevano finite. Non lo reputo un comportamento corretto e neanche professionale, mi sono sentito preso in giro. Non penso che tornerò ad acquistare in questo posto. Quality and price are at least 4 stars, but the service and seriousness is very disappointing. The first time I went and some types of meat I could not find because I was told I had to reserve them, the second time I booked, I called the day before to make sure everything was ok and it was confirmed. The next day I went to collect my order and things were missing, when I pointed it out, I was told they were out of them. I do not consider it a correct behavior and not even professional, I felt made fun of. I don't think I'll be back to shop at this place.
