Me l'hanno portata venerdì, tutto bene, mi piace, tranne un particolare, ma molto importante : a gennaio, a mia insaputa, hanno cambiato nel contratto il frigorifero e, invece che consegnarmi un frigo più il reparto surgelati, mi hanno mandato un frigorifero semplice, senza nemmeno un piccolo scomparto freezer x mettere dei gelati o per fare dei cubetti di ghiaccio!!!!!!! Ho protestato, mi dicono che magari l'azienda ( LUBE) aveva terminato quel modello e quindi l'ha sostituito ( senza dirmi niente!!) Ma figuriamoci! Questa è una truffa! Almeno me lo dovevano dire e io provvedevo a cercare un altro modello di frigo - congelatore. Non sono stati gentili e nemmeno attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Il resto della cucina mi piace, proprio come la volevo. I ordered a kitchen six months ago. Due to the coronavirus, the shop was closed and, rightly, they could not deliver it at the end of March as agreed. They brought it to me on Friday, everything is fine, I like it, except for one detail, but very important: in January, without my knowledge, they changed the refrigerator in the contract and, instead of giving me a fridge plus the frozen food section, they sent me a simple refrigerator, without even a small freezer compartment to put ice creams or to make ice cubes !!!!!!! I protested, they tell me that maybe the company (LUBE) had finished that model and therefore replaced it (without telling me anything !!) But let alone! This is a fraud! At least they had to tell me and I proceeded to look for another model of fridge-freezer. They were not kind and not even attentive to customer needs. I like the rest of the cooking, just the way I wanted it.

Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.
