Loving landlord, helpful and really nice. The location and the grounds are a dream! The house alone could use a bit of a decent renovation.

Casale stupendo, giardino bellissimo, piscina, BBQ, vista su San Gimignano. 5 stanze ognuna con letto matrimoniale e bagno, ampia e fornita cucina, caminetto, 2 divani, a 10 Min dal centro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e tanto disponibili: ci hanno consigliato dove comprare la carne, dove mangiare, hanno esaudito tutte le nostre richieste. Davvero mitici. A beautiful experience! We were a weekendwin 10 adults (some under 40 and some over 60) and 2 children (8 and 4 years). Beautiful farmhouse, beautiful garden, swimming pool, BBQ, view of San Gimignano. 5 rooms each with double bed and bathroom, large and well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2 sofas, 10 Min from the center. The owners are very kind and very helpful: they advised us where to buy meat, where to eat, they fulfilled all our requests. Really mythical.

Die Villa liegt in einem Vorort von San Gimignano ca. 2km vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zufahrt ist über eine Schotterstraße. Ideale Lage mit Aussicht auf San Gimignano, freistehend mitten en den Weinbergen ohne Nachbarn. Nicely furnished villa, very clean and the landlords are very friendly and uncomplicated. With a great pool. The villa is located in the suburb of San Gimignano approx. 2km from the center. The access is via a gravel road. Ideal location with a view of San Gimignano, free-standing in the middle of the vineyards with no neighbors.

L’accoglienza ricevuta è stata oltre quanto ci si possa aspettare in una vacanza di alto livello. L’attenzione alle nostre esigenze è stata assoluta. Le comunicazioni con l’host sono sempre state caratterizzate da grande cordialità. La casa è a dir poco perfetta. Abbiamo soggiornato d’inverno, quindi temevo umidità o freddo, invece gli ambienti sono confortevoli sotto ogni profilo. Noi eravamo in 9 e gli spazi erano perfetti per garantire a tutti sia una piacevole e comoda convivialità, sia la giusta privacy quando serve. È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza! I'm a host too, so I expect a certain kind of standard when I'm on vacation. The welcome received was beyond what can be expected in a high-level holiday. The attention to our needs was absolute. Communications with the host have always been characterized by great cordiality. The house is perfect to say the least. We stayed in the winter, so I was afraid of humidity or cold, but the rooms are comfortable in every respect. There were 9 of us and the spaces were perfect to guarantee everyone both a pleasant and comfortable conviviality, and the right privacy when needed. It was truly a great experience!

La casa pulitissima dispone di 5 camere da letto matrimoniali ognuna con un proprio bagno privato, un enorme punto a favore di questo alloggio, una cucina e il soggiorno con camino che gestiscono tranquillamente la quantità massima di gente ospitabile mentre la piscina, sempre privata, dà quel tocco di comodità che non fa male se si vuole passare un pomeriggio a rilassarsi. Dei propietari gentilissimi e molto flessibili sugli orari di check-in/check-out. Per una vacanza di gruppo è sicuramente un luogo che consiglierei a chiunque visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. A truly beautiful place, completely surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The spotless house has 5 double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, a huge point in favor of this accommodation, a kitchen and living room with fireplace that easily manage the maximum amount of people that can be accommodated while the swimming pool, always private, gives that touch of comfort that doesn't hurt if you want to spend an afternoon relaxing. Very kind owners and very flexible on check-in / check-out times. For a group holiday it is definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone given the value for money.
T	Tugba Türk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We fell in love with this place! It is such a lovely house on a beautiful spot. It has many bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It is very clean and the family that owns the place are very nice and hospitable people, without being intrusive. They were available at any time. The last bit of street is a bit bumpy but definitely worth it. The small town next to it is a medieval highlight. We would like to go back there any time soon.
