Devo dire con ottimi risultati. Materie prime molto buone , pulizia del locale ottima, pietanze particolari e buonissime, abbiamo preso un Montepulciano d'Abruzzo ottimo prezzo adeguato. Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante tramite The Fork, molto comodo per chi è di passaggio per andare a visitare la Tuscia viterbese. Abbiamo preso un primo a testa ed i piatti erano entrambi molto buoni, il servizio è stato veloce e cortese. Sicuramente torneremo quando ci troveremo in zona. Pleasant discovery near the lake of Vico. We discovered this restaurant through The Fork, very convenient for those passing through to visit the Tuscia of Viterbo. We took a first course each and the dishes were both very good, the service was fast and courteous. We will certainly return when we are in the area.

Ambiente molto pulito e personale pronto e molto gentile. Abbiamo preso due primi, un secondo, due contorni, una bottiglia di vino rosso, un'acqua, due amari, il tutto per 68 euro. Servizio accogliente, Cena di 3 portate (antipasto, primo e secondo) di mare con un rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile! Unica pecca il vino della casa , a mio avviso non in linea con la qualità espressa nei piatti! Sicuramente da CONSIGLIARE! Antipasto le contrade, pappardelle al cinghiale, fettuccine pesto di rucola con pancetta croccante e scaglie di grana, tortino al cacao e tiramisù. Tutto fantastico. Personale gentile e professionale. Ci torneremo! Great find. He was a "replacement" but the previous one beat him 6-0. Le contrade appetizer, pappardelle with wild boar, rocket pesto fettuccine with crispy bacon and parmesan flakes, cocoa pie and tiramisu. All fantastic. Friendly and professional staff. We will be back!
A	Adry Crash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo ristorante durante una gita fuori porta....nel complesso direi che ne siamo usciti stati più che soddisfatti!....abbiamo pranzato a base di carne/terra ...in ogni caso il ristorante serve piatti anche a base di pesce e pizza....piatti tradizionali con materie prime buonissime e ben lavorate (pasta fatta in casa e una menzione speciale per la tagliata gorgonzola e radicchio che era strepitosa!), servizio sempre pesente e accompagnato da simpatia e cortesia, pulizia ineccepibile, conto giustissimo!...a voler "cercare il pelo nell' uvo"...l'unica nota che abbiamo trovato un pò stonata è la scelata dell'arredamento che vista la tradizionalità e la genuinità dei piatti avremmo preferito rustica invece che moderna e minimalista.....in ogni caso il locale dispone di un ampio parcheggio e di uno spazio esterno....che non sono cose di poco conto!....nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente e quando ne avrò l'occasione ci tornerò molto volentieri! We were in this restaurant during a trip out of town .... overall I would say that we left it we were more than satisfied! .... we had lunch based on meat / earth ... in any case the restaurant also serves dishes at fish and pizza base .... traditional dishes with very good and well processed raw materials (homemade pasta and a special mention for the sliced gorgonzola and radicchio which was amazing!), always heavy service and accompanied by friendliness and courtesy, cleanliness flawless, very right account! ... to want to "look for the hair in the grapes" ... the only note that we found a little out of tune is the choice of furniture that given the traditionality and genuineness of the dishes we would have preferred rustic instead how modern and minimalist ..... in any case the restaurant has a large parking lot and an outdoor space .... which are not trivial things! .... overall I highly recommend it and when I have it 'opportunity I will be back very happy!
