★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto a Ronciglione per la manifestazione Un borgo di libri e in serata abbiamo scelto per la cena questo ristorante pizzeria, suggerito peraltro da alcuni amici di Ronciglione e devo dire che siamo rimasti senza parole per la bontà di ciò che ci è stato servito. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto dove c'era una mozzarella di bufala buonissima, un pecorino fantastico oltre ai soliti affettati. Poi abbiamo scelto le pizze, amatriciana, parmigiana, bufala e porcini e devo dire che il non plus ultra è stata l'amatriciana, assolutamente da provare. La cortesia dei proprietari e il sorriso e la gentilezza della giovane cameriera hanno reso la serata indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo ristorante.
I came to Ronciglione for the event A village of books and in the evening we chose this pizza restaurant for dinner, which was also suggested by some of Ronciglione's friends and I must say that we were speechless for the goodness of what was served to us. We chose an appetizer where there was a delicious buffalo mozzarella, a fantastic pecorino in addition to the usual cold cuts. Then we chose the pizzas, amatriciana, parmigiana, bufala and porcini and I must say that the non plus ultra was the amatriciana, a must try. The courtesy of the owners and the smile and kindness of the young waitress made the evening unforgettable. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
