R	Rossana Mulinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto carino Oste simpatico e personnaggio poliedrico con una mamma dalle mani "d'oro" nonché la cuoca del locale: una bella signora dai capelli bianchi, col sorriso dolce sulle labbra. Oltre all'ottima cucina, si possono gustare altri prodotti particolari e ricercati. Ho messo 4 stelline perché alcuni prezzi sarebbero da rivedere ma, è certo che ci si alza da tavola soddisfatti! Io lo consiglio Very nice place Pleasant innkeeper and multifaceted character with a mother with "golden" hands as well as the local cook: a beautiful white-haired lady with a sweet smile on her lips. In addition to the excellent cuisine, you can taste other particular and refined products. I put 4 stars because some prices would have to be reviewed but, it is certain that you get up from the table satisfied! I recommend it

Si percepisce, già leggendo il menù, la passione e l'attaccamento al territorio. La mamma in cucina e il figlio in sala che ci ha raccontato la provenienza dei prodotti ma anche un pò di storia del cibo servito e del luogo. Abbiamo assaggiato una focaccia prodotta con 2 farine, da loro selezionate, e fatte lievitare ben 120 ore, 8 in frigorifero e 40 fuori. Il salmone selvaggio da me scelto, è stato cotto su una pietra di sale Himalaya, un risultato sorprendente. A fianco il ristorante per 2, una saletta per cenare in atmosfera romantica, per poi passare nella camera adiacente per il soggiorno notturno. Sicuramente da provare, Proprietario e personale gentilissimi. Wide and complete menu with explanation, wide choice of meat and fish, the desserts we tasted are spectacular, we had lunch on the terrace overlooking the medieval village. You can perceive, already reading the menu, the passion and attachment to the territory. The mother in the kitchen and the son in the dining room who told us about the origin of the products but also a bit of history of the food served and the place. We tasted a focaccia made with 2 flours, selected by them, and left to rise for 120 hours, 8 in the refrigerator and 40 outside. The wild salmon of my choice was cooked on a Himalayan salt stone, a surprising result. Next to it is the restaurant for 2, a small room for dining in a romantic atmosphere, then moving on to the adjacent room for the night stay. Definitely to try, very kind owner and staff.

Accoglienza ed atmosfera che non ha nulla da indiviare ai ristoranti stellati. Mise en place elegante con contorno di quadri meravigliosi sulle pareti. Piatti tradizionali e raffinati. Carta di vini ampia che comprende grandi etichette classiche e chicche introvabili. Carta di distillati varia e particolare. Esperienza da ripetere. In the beautiful village of Ronciglione we find this gem of gourmet cuisine with local nuances. Hospitality and atmosphere that has nothing to indicate to restaurants starry. Elegant mise en place with a side of wonderful paintings on the walls. Traditional and refined dishes. Extensive wine list that includes great classic labels and unobtainable gems. Varied and particular spirits list. Experience to be repeated.

Still the service was quite slow and I wasn't impressed with the food. Good but not remarkable. The owner is very welcoming and friendly but he does spend a lot of time talking about himself and his career.
