Dopo una rapida visione del menu restiamo incuriositi dalla proposta: polpette e tigelle. Tra le tante versioni di polpette proposte abbiamo provato: polpette di manzo all’arancia e polpette di maiale con salsa al gorgonzola e pere: spettacolari! A completare il pranzo una buona birra artigianale italiana alla spina e due dolci sempre fatti in casa creativi e particolarmente buoni. Ulteriore nota di merito una musica di sottofondo di qualità. Dopo aver saldato il conto (da evidenziare un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo) ho fatto i complimenti alle due proprietarie per: 1. Il nome curioso del locale “Le capre matte” 2. La qualità dei prodotti proposti 3. Il servizio rapido e cortese 4. L’originalità della proposta Resta una delle attrattive importanti di Sansepolcro: la sosta in questo locale vale la visita! We went to Sansepolcro: after a tour of the town we stopped in front of a place with an interesting name: “Le capre matte”. After a quick view of the menu we are intrigued by the proposal: meatballs and tigelle. Among the many versions of meatballs proposed we tried: beef meatballs with orange and pork meatballs with gorgonzola and pear sauce: spectacular! To complete the lunch, a good Italian craft beer on tap and two creative and particularly good homemade desserts. A further note of merit is a quality background music. After paying the bill (to highlight an excellent quality / price ratio) I congratulated the two owners for: 1. The curious name of the place "Le capre matte" 2. The quality of the products offered 3. The prompt and courteous service 4. The originality of the proposal It remains one of the important attractions of Sansepolcro: the stop in this place is worth the visit!

Addirittura ho trovato le polpette di trippa al sugo!! Una vera specialità. Servizio rapido fornito da una cameriera maratoneta data la velocità. Prezzo molto onesto. Lo consiglio. Small but cozy place in the center of Sansepolcro, specializing in meatballs and tigelle. They make many types. I even found the tripe meatballs with sauce !! A real specialty. Quick service provided by a marathon waitress given the speed. Very fair price. I advise.

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce, ma è bastato un assaggio per capire che qui c'è quel calore e quella bontà delle cose fatte col cuore. Complimenti alla squadra di ragazze! Se ripasseremo torneremo sicuramente a farvi visita. Around Sansepolcro, we were intrigued by this place: a little gem to be discovered. We stopped for a quick lunch, but a taste was enough to understand that here there is that warmth and goodness of things done with the heart. Congratulations to the team of girls! If we come back we will definitely come back to visit you.
