★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant tucked away by the channels. Lucky we stumbled on it. Friendly staff. Glad we skipped the more touristy stuff recommended on the cruiseship, had a relaxing day in Livorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. The first place that de-veined the shrimp...awesome! Had mixed fried seafood and it was not oily at all. The French fries were literally fried slim potatoes slices...think potatoes chips. Absolutely wonderful and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly. The tiki bar is a lovely. Even if you don't go to the restaurant, you can have a nice drink at the bar that is co-located with the restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I recommend it.

Pro:
-Really nice location on the canal
Neutral:
-Staff wasn't unfriendly but couldn't cope with the number of guests
-The fried seafood was fine but nothing special
Contra:
-We waited one and a half hour for our food
-The tagliatelle with meat was undercooked--> tagliatelle were hard and too salty
-The fish was not properly cooked on some parts thus being raw
-Really smelly and rundown toilet
